My 18 year old cat suddenly staggering while walking?

Is it possible for a 15 year old to have arthritis?

Yes it's definitely possible, but it's unlikely. There's probably another explanation for you pain. Arthritis does effect young people but it's definitely more common in older people.
You should speak to your doctor, they should order a blood test to check for inflammation. If this comes back negative then it's unlikely that you have arthritis. If you still have no luck you should speak to a rheumatologist.

Could I have arthritis at 18 years old?

Yes, and I strongly encourage you to have a dr take a look at you! I started having symptoms in High School, and never thought too much about them because I was so active. Now I am 30 (almost 31) and can hardly move and ready to go on disability because I wasn't checked out. I finally went in for "serious" testing when I woke up one day totally unable to move. I was a single mom when I was diagnosed with Rhuematoid Arthritis. The first one in my family, so yes!!! Please have it checked out now so the damage can be controlled! Good luck and please take care of yourself!!

P.S., the weather plays a major role in how well/if at all you can move! The freezing rain is getting ready to start here, and I am having a hard time just typing this note!!

My cat has recently started to Hiss and Meow for no reason?

As the title says my cat has recently started hissing and meowing for no reason, there seems to be something wrong with her, we have had her for a good 10 years, and shes somewhere around that age now. The meowing and hissing has only started recently, she also seems to be running around the house a lot does anyone have any serious reasons why this is happening? and i mean serious no ghost or spirits please, just general cat behaviour thank you :)
