What is the diffrence between stressed and unstress syllables?
I am having difficulty understanding the diffrence between stressed and unstressed syllables. I am starting a poetry class and have and cannot tell why The is stressed and Out is unstressed. Why both have the T sound. Both words require your toungue to touch the top of your mouth for the sounds to be made. Please help I have gotten to the level of college and still teachers attempt to describe poetry as dat da dat da. THAT MEANS NOTHING TO ME LOL.

When an ice cube with a iron ball inside floating on water melts, the level of water will decrease.To understand why this is so let us consider the action of the ice and the ball separately.The ice floats on water because it has lower density than water. When ice is put in water it displace a volume of water which weighs same as the weight of ice. After melting, the volume of ice becomes same as that of the water that it was displacing. Therefore, there is no change in level of water due to melting of ice.Now let us examine effect of iron ball. The combined density of ice and iron ice is still less than that of water. That is why the ice cube with ball floats. In this case, additional volume of water displaced due to weight of metal piece, weighs same as the weight of ball. This is more than the volume of ball which has higher density than water. When the ice melts, the iron ball no longer is able to float above water and sinks. At this time the the volume of water displaced by the metal piece that has sunk is equal to just the volume of ball. Thus the volume of water displaced by ball reduces on melting of ice. Therefore, the level of water will reduce after melting of ice.Please note that, if at any time, before complete melting of ice, the ball embedded in ice sinks in the water, temporarily the level of water will rise. The exact amount of rise will depend on the remaining quantity of ice, If only the ball sinks, but the ice cubes remains floating, then also the water level will reduce to the same level as after complete melting of ice.Hope, that helps!

What kind of clothing do you wear in september?
Fall is hard because it's sometimes hot like summer but other times it's cold. The first week of school it's usually still shorts weather then jeans after. I usually layer in the fall so I can just take off my jacket if it gets too warm and put it back on when it's cold. It's never to early to wear moccasins for me but I don't know if yours are lined with fur or not. Mine aren't so they'e not hot but fur ones are. Scarves and cardigans should be fine and you can take them off if it's too hot. 1) If you have a warm skin tone does gold or silver look better? I personally think gold does. 2) when should you start and stop wearing uggs/moccasins I live in a beach town so for me it was flip flops from basically April to October. Moccasins an be worn whenever I wear mine year round to September is fine and shouldn't be too hot unless they have a fur lining. Uggs are too warm they're for winter. 3) what can i put on my face for my makeup to stay longer, as in the cheek's chin for head? I don't usually wear makeup but when I do I don't have a problem with it not staying. 4)What should you wear to football games? Jeans and your school colors. 5) Homecoming dresses are short right, like at or over the knee? usually at or just above the knee 6) what are your must needs for your wardrobe? My moccasins, sandals and sneakers. Skinny jeans, cardigans, and sweaters.
Would my truck be okay to plow with?
Hello I have a 1993 chevy k1500 with 165000 miles and a 3 inch lift. I was curious if my truck would be able to handle a plow? Also what type and where can I find a cheap one. Anything helps. Thank you
