How to sound exactly like someone else?
Well I do stick with the "your voice is your voice", seeing as imitation can ruin your voice if you don't do it right. If you really want to, though, you should begin by doing a few exercises to make your tongue more flexible, as your tongue plays the biggest role in the way you pronounce words and make simple sounds. Next you should try doing some accents, which would help in getting a big variety of voices. Tone and pitch also plays a big role, but always be careful at this part, and be sure never to strain your voice.

Why do all the sound effects on the TV show sound exactly like sound effects from various Atari 2600 games?
I don't know that they sound exactly like Atari 2600 games but they do have a few things in common which leads to easy association:1. they are short.2. They are synthesized electronically. Can you name a particular TV show? Atari 2600 sounds are pretty primitive sounding. More recent sound effects come from a lot of different sound design techniques, including synthesizers. There are shows that purposely use video game sounds. Two that come to mind are Yo Gaba Gaba and Power Puff Girls.
Why does all black metal sound exactly the same?
I just got into black metal two years ago. At first I went straight for the Norwegian classics. Early Mayhem and Burzum had their own distinct sounds. But then Darkthrone, Immortal, Satyricon, early Enslaved, early Emperor, and some others came along and I wondered why every vocalist sounded like Quorthon of Bathory had been his voice coach. There was also the Norwegian black metal guitar playing style that seemed to permeate the scene after 1994.But the similarities ended there. Emperor, Cradle of Filth, and Dimmu Borgir introduced a symphonic side with keyboards. Immortal had their own approach to melody. Burzum and Darkthrone began expanding their sound outside of black metal. Beherit from Finland had a really distinct sound and style that approached doom. Negura Bunget’s sound is also unique as they incorporate many Romanian folk instruments in their music. Enslaved have gone on to add post metal and progressive metal to their style.I think the classic Norwegian style does make bands sound very similar but black metal has long since expanded and evolved. I don’t think every band sounds exactly the same.
