hey. so i want to know what types of clothing i should have for my back to school shopping list. i know its kind of early but i like to be really organized. what i mean for a list is ex. you should have at least 3 a-line skirts 4 pencil skirts 2 pairs of flats 1 ballet flat 1 decorated. and blah blah blah. the thing is i dont want just any type of clothing. i want preppy type of clothes but not regular preppy but i mean like blair waldorf preppy. so ya if you could help me that would be great. thank you bye. p.s. i am going to be a junior in hs so idk if that helps.

“Back to School Night” and “Open House” at schools (I can only speak for public schools) is a complete and utter waste of time and energy on the part of everyone, inclusive of teachers, administrators, parents, students and staff.It may have some value at the Elementary level, as an opportunity for parents to meet their child’s teacher, hear about what they’re going to learn, etc., but after that, nope.By Middle School nobody, (with the possible exception of a few students craving the “extra credit” they earn by dragging their parents to a boring and scripted introduction by the teacher, or “dog and pony” show of exemplary student work that that is just as phony as the introduction), gives a rat’s ass.Both events are throw backs to an earlier time in our nation’s history when teachers and schools were valued, and not looked at with the (deserved) disdain they receive now. Now they are simply boring events that everyone sleepwalks through and can’t stand.Oh, yeah. At the Middle School and High Schools, attendance at both events runs about 10–20% of the student population.If you really want to talk to your kid’s teacher, make an appointment.
