Why is travelling so important in life?
Turn your phone off, forget your mac, pack your bag and move, coz it’s one life, it’s now or never. Traveling is not just about going new places and posting on Instagram, making FB check-ins or updating your status. It is about the feeling of freedom from worldly pleasures, your professional shackles, the cobwebs of responsibilities which keep you occupied like as if that’s the only life you were meant to live, but my friend, that’s not true. Give yourself a break and explore what’s around.I love traveling and like any other Indian parent, my parents are concerned too, about the money I spend, the places I go and with whom I travel, But I still travel because it’s one life. I have not traveled a lot of places but enough of them to experience the silence of mountains, roaring of sea tides, the chilling water of waterfalls touching your bare feet, the mesmerizing beauty of clouded hill tops and the green fields of a distant village soaked in peace and serenity. This is where you might judge me as an unemployed girl with deep pockets, acting like a carefree soul. But that’s not what you think it is, I am just as anybody of you, who belongs to a middle-class family with shallow pockets, told to crack AIEEE, then went on to pursue engineering and now is a software developer in some lesser known firm, like any of you. It is about passion and determination. A lot of you mention these skills as your strength on your resume, highlighting in bold and caps, but do you really feel determined??? If you do then determine to explore places.The reason to travel is not just to go explore new places but to introspect yourself as well. You ponder over your thoughts and loosen up yourself, neither caring about the past nor the future. It’s the present what you live. To some traveling is just recreation and fun, but for others, it is when you feel yourself a free soul. Find who you really are and live for yourself instead of living for others.
Do I need an invitation letter to get a UK tourist visa?
Yes, you can.You need to have a confirmed return ticket.A confirmed booking with a hotel for the duration of your stay.A financial statement from your bank to show that you can support yourself in the UK. You may use financial statements of your parents if they are financing your trip.You can also provide a proof for reason to return to your home destination for example, a letter from school or work.The UK visa application form gives you a chance to explain your situation at the end of the form where you can explain the ‘why, what, where, how, when’ details about your travel. You may also provide documents supporting the statements you make in the form. Do not provide any false information or documents under any circumstances.
Is it mandatory to have travel insurance to enter dubai?
Let me give you a different answer. Everyone seems to be copy pasting links and statements.I dare any of you to give me ONE person who does not need a visa to enter U.A.E. (European, American, Canadian, etc.) that was asked to show their travel insurance.If you have to apply for a visit visa, then the requirement may come up, however if you're German for example they'd never ask you anything.I've had 26 people come visit Dubai in the past 2 years. All holding passports that do NOT require a pre arranged visa (Germans, Italians, Canadians, Austrians, Swiss, Spanish) and none of them had travel insurance.

I have a Transportation Security Screener interview 4/26? Has anyone been through the three step interview process. What types of interview questions do they ask? I dont have a vault membership yet, so I cant view the types of questions. Good names for the agency? I want to know where do I register my agency's name? Which companies would be good to sell for? Basically I need to know everything about opening an agency. It is going to be a friend and me opening it. And this is in Kansas. Any additional advice is helpful!!
In the movie "Twelve Monkeys" who understood the ending of the movie? (Its played by Brad Pit and Bruce Wilus)
12 Monkeys was based on an absolutely amazing experimental short film called " La Jetée" in 1962 from filmmaker Chris Marker. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0056119/ The whole idea of time travel from a post-apocolyptic future civilization comes from the original movie. The main character in that film is also haunted by a random memory at an airport from his childohood (just like Bruce Willis' character). In the last scene, in both movies, the main character witnesses his own death. Bruce Willis is the little boy watching the scene unfold (also seen in the very first scene of the movie). The memory that had haunted the character since his childhood was real and was actually the death of his future self that was sent back in time. In 12 Monkeys, Bruce Willis and Madeline Stowe are at the airport attempting to escape forever when they coincidentally run into the bad guy who releases the virus. So yes the virus still spread as planned and history played out exactly as it had before, Bruce Willis did not change history when he went back in time b/c the virus was still released and humanity will still suffer for it. Yes the women he sits next to on the plane is the same woman from the future but it has to be determined that she was either on the bad side to begin with or changed sides and the virus was still released as it is implied that she did not stop it either. Watch La Jetee, it is amazing. The films belong together and will help you to understand one another.

Does a schengen visa get rejected if I forgot one document?
Depends on the document, and depends on the embassy / consulate.I have had two experiences with this as I am the ‘de facto’ travel agent of the family ;) (Yeah, even extended)During the first instance, the forgotten document was an air ticket for internal travel. Like there was an air ticket that we needed to submit from Tenerife to Valencia or something similar, and the applicants had forgotten to take a print out of that ticket (I think the printer inside working or something like that). Now the agent at the consulate office was really nice. One of my family members was very apologetic, and the gentleman just requested them to get the right documents, and come on another day by scheduling the appointment via their online scheduler.The needful was done, and the visa was sent in 3 days after the revised appointment.On another instance, the travel insurance document was missing. What had happened is that the insurance agent had printed wrong dates, and a family member had requested them to send the document back with the right dates. They promised to do it before the appointment, but unfortunately didn’t. The agent there, again suggested the same thing. Rebook an appointment, and come back with the right documents. He was even checked all the other documents to make sure that they were fine, and they were fine.So yes, if they sense that you’re genuine, and have made an honest mistake, then they see if it can be rectified within the visa office itself, if not, they request you to pick another date, and it’s all good.Special props to the agency which manages the Spain visas in Bombay. They send you your schengen in 3 days flat.
