What Is Wrong With Me I Weigh 200pounds But I Look Like I Weigh 180 Max S

I lost 10 pounds in 1 week on weight watchers. Is this normal?

Two weeks ago I joined Weight Watchers. The program promises an average of 2 pounds per week loss. This is very healthy. I started at 192 pounds. The first week was fine, but this week I dropped 10 pounds and now weigh 180. Thinking something was wrong with the scale, I tried other scales and they all gave me widely different weights, so I can't eve say if my scale was off. Is it possible to lose 10 in a week? Is this normal for Weight Watchers in the beginning? Is there a way to tell if my scale is just broken? Also, with the diet, I began low-impact exercising at least 20 minutes everyday. Thank you for any help.

Is a bench press of 230 pounds good for a 21 year old that weighs 180?

It’s decent. Any time you hit two 45 pound plates per side you’re doing well.A 230 pound bench would be considered a late beginner/early intermediate bench. It takes a lot of effort to get there, and reveals that you’re on the right track. If you continue on this path you can expect to hit 275 and 315 within the next 6 to 12 months.A 275 pound bench should be the minimum goal of any serious lifter, even if they are “only” after muscle. While the numbers aren’t important in and of themselves, the progress and effort it takes to get into that range is. It will help you build plenty of mass, especially if you are using a reasonable bench press training volume (sets).Despite what you read on the Internet, a 315 pound bench at 180 pound body weight is rare. This isn’t to say many don’t reach it, but rather a small percentage. It may take several more years after you reach 275 to get there.Bench pressing is a harder game when you remain lean. For me, at least. When I was a 346 pound powerlifter, getting my bench to 430 was easier with all the food. After leaning down 100 pounds, I was still able to maintain a 388 competition bench. The point here is that for most lifters, the bench press responds well to a quality food intake. Never eat aggressively. Being overweight just to bring up a bench press is a fool’s game. It’s not good for health and longevity.I have written quite a few bench press programs. Here are a few of my favorites should you need a program change:Ultimate 16 Week Bench Press ProgramNext Level 5x5 Bench Press ProgramBuild Brutal Bench Press Strength

How much would my weight be on the moon if I weigh 70kg on earth?

We should know that weight = mass * gravity. That is weight equals mass times gravity.Gravity is a force of attraction between any two bodies in the universe. It is directly proportional to product of their masses and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them.Gravity is generally measured in terms of acceleration due to gravity, denoted as g. For Earth it is, 9.8 m/s². And for moon, it is about 1.62 m/s².On Earth, your weight is 70 kg = WW = mass x 9.870 = mass x 9.8Your mass is 70/ 9.8i.e approximately 7.14Weight at the Moon, W' = 7.14 x 1.62Hence, your weight on the surface of the moon is just 11.56 kg.Congratulations, you've lost about 58.14 kilograms without any hard exercise. And you're as light as a Sweedish Vallhund! Cheers!

How can I find out the ideal weight for my height and age?

Go see your doctor before you get concerned, they can clearly evaluate your true BMI.Firstly, you're working out regularly so you can toss this chart in the trash:Secondly, so many factors go into healthy body composition that any simple "rule of thumb" (or maybe a chart per se) is over generalized. I am just a touch over 5'10" and weigh 200 lbs. I don't look like a football player, nor a marathon runner, but I'm certainly not borderline obese as this chart would have me believe. I play sports and have worked out my entire life. My strength to weight ratio is ideal but you would never guess me at 200 lbs. (btw..I win a lot of stuffed animals at the County Fair when they guess my weight). Once upon a time I was concerned about my BMI and its possible effects on my health. My doctor told me that bone density, muscle concentration and cell mass differ with all of us. I guess it was his way of telling me that I was dense! (rim shot). He then told me to get out of his office and enjoy my stuffed animal collection. I'm sure your doctor will tell you much of the same.

Does WWE lie about wrestlers weights and height?

On tv the wrestlers look big. But i went to summerslam access. And i could swear john morrison would have been about 200 pounds max. There was no way Randy orton could weigh 245 pounds he is muscley but he is just way to lean to weigh that. Rey mysterio they say he weighs 180 pounds, but ufc lightweight fighters look so much bigger than him and apparently weigh less. And yeah supposedly randy orton is 6 ft 5 when i saw him in real life he was a tiny bit taller than me and i am 6 ft 1. Does WWE lie about the wrestlers real sizes?
