What Is Wrong With My Back

What is wrong with my back/spine?

Last night i got tired, so i was getting into bed and when i rolled over on my back I almost started crying from the pain It hurt sooo much. And I woke up during the night seriously about 5-6 times cause i kept rolling over on my back and the pain was so much it caused me to wake up. And this morning it was still hurting. So i asked my mom if there was a bruise on my back. And there was a HUGE bruise on my back right where my spine is. It DOES NOT hurt to walk. But it hurts to bend down and bend back up and stretch and lay down. Whats wrong with my back or spine? It DID NOT happen over night cuz there is nothing that cud have bruised my spine/back. and it was hurting before i went to bed. Also, if you were to scratch, poke, tap, or brush that area with your hand very very lightely it makes me want to cry. Is it nothing to worry about? do i need to go see a doctor? what do i do to stop the pain? Im 13.

What could be wrong with my back and how do I fix it?

Quite honestly I know exactly how you feel. My back is terrible as well. Your lower vertebrae are called the Lumbar vertebrae. Continuous stress on them from lifting, walking/running/, even sitting will hurt them and eventually damage them. Your best bet is to go to a doctor. Find out what is wrong. I have heard of a new therapy that actually "vertically cracks" or pulls to return space between vertebrae for cushion...here is the link and good luck! I know it sucks.=0(

What is wrong with my back?

I am only fourteen and i am having back/pelvis(i think its called the sacrodiac joint in my pelvis that hurts, if thats what its called). I am a soccer player and recently, while running, i realized that i was having pain in both the much lower part of my back( it FEELS like the disks are rubbing together) and sort of on the pelvic bone, i looked it up and it seems that the pain is coming from the sacrodiac joint but obviously im not really an expert. It is extremely uncomfortable to walk, it feels as if my upper spine is resting too heavily on my lower back, sorta wear my back dimples are, and yeah im extremely bad at explanations but i hope someone can tell me whats going on. And some may say its probably back pain from menstruation, but i have had my period for two years now and i have felt what that sort of back pain is like and the pain i have right now is definitely not the same.
Thank you, i hope someone can tell me what to do because i have a soccer game on monday and im on the first line so i hope ill find a way to manage the pain.... or get better.

Why did I do wrong in my back handspring?

I was practicing my back handsprings, and I was doing good, until the last one I did today I really hurt my elbow bad. it's not broken because it only hurts a little now, but when it happened I heard it crack and it hurt a lot. this is a regular thing, I do (round off) back handsprings every day and this usually happens about once a day, should I get this checked out since it happens so much? what did I do wrong in my back handspring that makes my elbow hurt like this?

What is wrong with my back handspring? How can I not do this?

your probably not keeping your body straightened.

look this girl wasn't doing it straight at all

Work on the landing, Attempt down hill or using a cheese mat until you master proper landing technique and move to the floor or grass. Push off hard from your hands (Block) by using your shoulder muscles to propel you to a standing position. (do not bend your arms) Bring your feet back underneath you without piking. The better your block, the easier this will be. To properly land, you should try to rebound (straight jump up) immediately after your feet hit. (Make sure you bring your arms up right away and have a straight posture. Leaning forward can hurt your spine or lead to falling forward) If you are still having problems standing up correctly on the landing you may need to swing harder and put more power into the beginning of your back handspring. Don't squat low to the ground when you take off or land.

Keep your arms straight.
Swing your arms close to your body instead of out to the side, this will keep your arms closer together. Watch your thumbs as you go back. Lock your arms, but don't lock them fully straight. This can seriously damage your elbows. Lock them at about a 160-170 degree angle. You may also opt not to swing your arms at all, keeping them close to your ears during the entire flip.

More power and faster.
As soon as your hands touch the ground snap your feet down at the hips as fast as you can.

Length:
You want your back handspring to be pretty long to look neat but not so long that it looks flat. (It should be roughly the length of your body) To make your back handspring longer lean back as you are preparing to jump and reach your arms away from your feet. It might help to draw a line that you can aim for. A good block is essential for the second half of the back handspring to be stretched out.

Try doing a few low jumps and then go into a back handspring using your jumps. You should always rebound after your back handspring. This ensures that you are using correct posture when you land which is essential for doing another back handspring or a tuck afterwords. It will also help you gain the leg muscle needed for a tuck (or more advanced skill).

What's wrong with my car if it cranks up and then cuts back off and also backfires quietly?

Sounds like a timing problem.  Belt driven timing will occasionally go out of synch (esp. in older vehicles) because the timing belt can "skip" a few notches.  I would recommend a check of the inspection ports underneath the timing belt cover to see if the timing marks are still aligned.  I would also recommend a timing belt replacement.  You don't want to find out the hard way if your car's engine is a zero interference design or not.Could also be a busted distributor.  Have that checked first, as it is generally a much easier check.Caveat: this assumes your vehicle has 1) belt-driven timing and 2) a mechanical distributor (instead of all electronic ignition). In other words...an older vehicle.  If your vehicle is less than 5 years old, there is probably some kind of computer malfunction.

Jumped into the pool the wrong way and now my back hurts!?

I was jumping in my pool onto a round tube and i landed, but i guess i turned on it the wrong way. Now its killing me, and idk what happened! It hurts to sit a certain way. and I can feel it all the time! Please Help! This was done on Friday, by the way.
Please dont say to contact the doctor. I will be doing that tomorrow. Thanks.

I did a flip and landed wrong, now my back hurts REALLY bad. What should I do?

I did a front flip on this mattress that was on the ground, and I landed on my back and shot up into a fetal position. My back cracked really really loudly, and I couldn't breath. When I was able to breathe okay, I noticed that my spine hurt really bad, it still does. Which is scaring me, because I usually have a pretty high pain tolerance, but this hurts so bad I can hardly move. It's mainly from the bottom of my ribcage and up, and my neck. It hurts it when I talk and breathe. It feels like I knocked my spine out of place. It also feels like I need to pop it, but it hurts to move.. So I don't think trying to pop it would be a good idea. My mom said that she'll take me to the chiropractor tomorrow, but she said if it hurt to bad that she'd take me to the hospital. I don't think it's bad enough to go to the hospital, because I know I'm not dying. Haha.. But what can I do about the pain now? And would going to the chiropractor help? Should I go to the doctor? And please don't think I'm just whining. I'm just scared. I don't want something to be really wrong and me not do anything about it.
