You're probably just really tired; when you're fatigued, it can be difficult to focus your eyes which gives you a slight double-vision, making things almost impossible to read. Get some good sleep!

pink eye. go see your doc and get the prescribed drops, it will clear up within a week. (just a guess) *added* its not a terrible thing, its just uncomfortable. But DONT go to school until you get checked cause it is highly contagious. Maybe it is just a scratched cornea or something like totz said, and not contagious, and you'll be back to school for the afternoon :)

same thing happened to me and I went to my optometrist.... could be very irritated from protein deposits on your contacts from improper cleaning techniques or in this case, lack of cleaning and lack of oxygen from extensive wearing....try not wearing your contacts for a few days and let your eyes relax and in the mean time, do an extensive cleaning on it like with ClearCare or just toss the old lenses and use a new pair and use Systane 4 times a day to remoisturize your eyes.... eyes got all better after about 3 days, no more red eyes and crusties in the morning...lucky it wasn't an infection :)

In trying to guess what is happening, I'm wondering if when you shift your position, it will be accompanied by a downward flow of blood toward the bottom eye.Somehow you may be able to see this blood (as a reddish hue- which makes the top eye appear to see things in a more greyish tint). Then, when you shift position, the experience changes.This guess would be supported if the color experience fades after a minute or two, since sensory receptors should adapt and stop sending this information.

It could be you need to go see the eye doctor I have the same problem but mine isn`t as bad as yours.

It's a blood coloured fluid sometimes leaking from the eyes or the nose, and it symbolizes stress.Either there's been a stressful incident, their nutrition is lacking, they are sick, or, more likely, something more benign is going on, such as changes in barometric pressure, humidity, seasonal temperature, they have had an unusual (but still healthy treat) etc etc.

I have that same problem...funny well we had 2 take this eye test at skool and i failed so i had to go 2 the eye doctor they said that my eyes were uneven so now im wearing glasses.--just 4 reading and computers-- U prolly need them 2, bcuz u need 2 balance out ur eyes, but my doctor said that in about a yr i may not need them. ur nearsighted in ur right eye. mine were tha exact same way, the same eye problem 2.--♥~

Could be an infection or a foreign body in the eye.Your birds eye will continue to get worse without a vets attention.You cannot treat your bird until you know what is wrong! For the sake of your birds eye/health,please take him to a vet or his eye may be permanently damaged...
