What Is You Daily Meal What Does It Consist Of I Wanna Learn Something From You

What is something productive an Indian student can do before joining college?

Before joining college learn about your prospective college more, your preferred course, the syllabus, in detail. Visit the place if it is a new one for you, and arrange for your accommodation. Communicate to people who might come to your help on a regular basis, try to learn what difficulties you might have to face in near future. If possible, make friends with the seniors there with whom you might think of sharing the hostel or a rented place. Look up to the arrangements of daily meals. If more possible, try getting tutors beforehand. You can also start with the basic subjects or papers which are part of your first semester. Otherwise, in free time practice a sport, feel more fit and fine and happy, and get prepared for the future stresses by being relaxed now. Meanwhile you can also learn indoor games like chess, to improve your concentration and observation powers, very much to help you in your future classes.

What is the best budget way to enjoy hot, healthy meals daily if I can't cook?

Learn how to cook dried legumes. Budget-wise, you can buy dried legumes in bulk for so much cheaper then canned. There are usually directions on the packaging or on the bulk container.Learn how to buy in bulk. Buying small packaged amounts of dried goods is not generally economical. If you have a co-op or natural food store where you can buy kilos/pounds at a time, then you can save money and packaging.Join a CSA. You'll get weekly produce which, with some CSAs, includes recipes. The produce is random depending on the season, and if you don't know how to cook something just look it up on the internet. Great way to expand your ability to cook since you don't get to choose the ingredients you'll need to work with.Practice makes... better. Cooking is about experience. It may seem daunting at first, but you'll soon learn the easy stuff, the interesting stuff, and the stuff you'll make to impress your friends and significant others. Luckily you're learning in the age of now where there are tons of videos and resources at your disposable online. And, if you end up really hating the cooking thing, there are people who cook pre-made meals. They deliver the meals weekly or bi-weekly, and can usually tweak the meals to your preferences. I had a friend in LA that got 2 meals per day, delivered once a week, fish ok, other meat not, without any avocado, and healthy, for a pretty good price. Depending on where you live and your willingness to pay for pre-made stuff, this could be a good option. Healthier than store-bought meals, cheaper than restaurant meals.

What did you learn about basic nutrition?

I just finished my basic nutrition class and I learned about so many things like what foods are good for us, the roles of vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, proteins, fats, minerals and water in our body and many more. :)

But what I like best was learning how to compute for my ideal body weight and planning menus based from it. It's really helpful so that I can have a good and healthy diet. :) If you wanna know how to do this, feel free to message me so that I can teach you. :)

What do you think from commerce, we can study of food and nutrition after 12th? I know that this topic comes in science, but I don't want to study science, as from my point of view it's too difficult, but I love learning some topics of science too.

Because you're a commerce student, Your expertise will be required in financial situations. If you wanna learn about food and nutrition, I suggest you gather books related to that topic, Google is always helpful, If you have any questions regarding what you read you can always ask on quora. If you wanna concentrate on food and nutrition for career, You'll need some sort of degree to carry out practice otherwise it'd take way too long to get experience and make a name.If you're just interested to know about subject and want your career to be different than your interests, You need to continue on the path that you're currently running on to avoid wasting time. You can learn about food and nutrition whenever you feel like, It's not like you only need to study the subjects that are required to get marks. You can meet any lecturer who is teaching what you wanna know, You can always approach them and they'll never say no for an answer. I hope this helped !

My mom never makes dinner anymore please read!!?

so last year my dad died and my sister moved away, and my mom is sad about my dad but i know thats not why she doesnt make dinner anymore, its because she figures since there are only 2 of us we could just make our own meals everyday(she told me that), and i would be ok with that if we actually had healthy food, im sick of always having to eat mac and cheese, fast food, sandwhichs, etc. its always somthing simply and not very healthy, and its causing me to feel really sick all the time, everytime i ask her what i can eat she says idk make a pb&j sandwhich and then ill tell her im sick of that and i want somthing healthier so then she says yogurt or fruit but the thing is i cant just have fruit for dinner every night, i miss when my mom use to cook real meals or at least have some good food, im just sick of eating snacks for dinner everyday, so im wondering what i can do?? do you have any suggestions to food i can ask my mom to buy or somthing??? idk what to do
