The definition of art, is decided by the person watching, everyone has different taste, and that is why it evolves with popular culture.
Although it is also decided by the artist, he/she can choose what to convey, and if they try hard enough get a specific outcome which defines how the person will feel and therefore they can control the definition.

Art is letting someone inside your head, to show them instead of to tell them, to make the audience feel a certain emotion.

What is your definition of "All art into one"?

Yes Art itself is a loose term. It means something different to different people. I would not think along the lines of the literal i.e a sculpture covered in a still-life, with a video of ballet projected on it, while acoustic guitar music is playing. It can be subtle.First define what art is to you. Art is the opportunity to alter the understanding of someone. It is the opportunity to present a unique field of vision, a horizon. Read more about hermeneutics and the fusion of horizons https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc...All art in one suggest to be one piece that describes the fundamental truth about art. And the fundamental truth about art today is that it only needs to be called art. Art is something with intent. Art transcends the usually methodology and ideology of “art” like dancing and music composition, where it does not look good or sound good if there is no training involved.People do not watch bad dancers and violinists. They do however look at “bad art”. Because when you strip away the pure intent of knowledge you have beneath the surface unintentional understanding, meaning and emotion. You as the artist produce with a goal in mind, but along the way you insert aspects of yourself either intentionally by means of style or unintentionally.Make a brain. A brain is what a human is, every memory, every though every smile, every kiss, every tear, every glance, love, hate, anger. Make your own brain. It is an unconventional self-portrait, it is an unchanged horizon, and the only new horizon is that of the viewer. Their discourse with you will be onesided.

What is the greatest definition of art?

It is this, and, this is also my philosophy about Art:“Practicality renders Art, Artless!”…..it essentially means that I actually define Art, so a chair for example, that is used in the house is NOT Art despite the controversy in the Art world and the general public, but if I were to take that chair and not allow it ever to be used as a human practical item again, I would decide it is Art.

What is your personal definition of art? Would you agree that art is an expression that should have no limits and that as long as it illicit a reaction whether positive or negative, then it is art?

I think art is, more or less, without limits. If you look up the word art in a dictionary, you will find that art is the making of objects, images, music, etc., that are beautiful or that express feelings. Or an activity through which people express feelings. So by that definition art is something people do to express their feelings - that is, to express what bothers them, express emotions related to childhood, to events they've experienced that has since troubled them etc., or it could be someone expressing feelings of joy, euphoria, etc.I think that art can mainly be put into two groups. One is the kind of art where people seek to express their feelings - so it is a tool for them in somewhat the same way a therapist could be of help. And the other group is art that is brought into this world through inspiration, inspired art and somehow without purpose. But art could also be both at the same time, someone expressing their personal feelings in a way that is somehow inspired.I would define art somewhere along the lines of: art is the act of expression through a medium or activity, and a result of inspiration. So anyone that could possibly share my definition of art, would probably also agree with me when I say that art is without limits because inspiration is without limits. If you look at the word inspiration it means something that comes to you in the spirit, so to speak. Albert Einstein once expressed something along the lines "Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world."The opposite of inspiration would have to be imitation and repetition, the act of doing something which has already been done. So something which isn't inspired is bound to be something which already exists within us, our knowledge. If you create something out of inspiration, it has a freshness to it, it's something new.I don't think we can impose any principles of limits onto the concept of inspiration, it is by nature without limits. So if art is created as an act of inspiration, there are no limits. It is not a creation of the mind.

What is your personal definition of what art is?

Visual art is something created intelligently for a variety of reasons:Representation. A depiction or reflection of the world. Artists avoid the word realism because it is part of the name of around ten different art movements.Decoration. Art as a purely aesthetic phenomena in and of itself or as an embellishment to a functional object or even the design of the object itself. Everything from a painting of flowers to a Michael Graves teapot to a dragon airbrushed on the side of a van to a stripe on bowl.Communication. To transmit an idea or information, to comment on society, art itself, or nearly anything else. Anything from a company logo to a political cartoon to a historical work like Oath of the Horati to an infographic to navigation buttons on a website.Creativity. To create novel things, do things in a different way, break new ground. Artworks that establish a new school/genre/style of art.Personal Expression. To explore your thoughts, ideas and feelings. You may put these on display for all the world to see or express them cathartically and hide the work under your bed. This includes the sheer joy of making something, anything. To convey or stimulate emotions. From joy and exhilaration to sadness to anger, horror or disgust, art has explored both positive and negative enotions throughout history. To persuade. Ethics, commerce, religion and politics have been tied into art since each of them came into existence. From an ad that increases sales to Picasso’s Guernica conveying the horrors of war to a website that convinces someone to protect the environment to an Uncle Sam poster that convinces US citizens to enlist in the military during WW I and II.Exploration and Innovation. Redefining what art itself is and can be.Works of art may convey several or even all of these functions simultaneously. Fine art, decorative art, functional art and commercial art have different goals and focus on different characteristics of art.
