What Is Your Favorite Episode Of The Cosby Show And Your Least Favorite Of The Cosby Show

What is the best episode of your favorite show?

There are many great television serials all around the world with great content be it Games of Thrones, Breaking Bad, Lost , Sherlock or Mr. Robot. What makes a TV series great is not just good script and good acting but also a better background score with a well versed production design and a much better direction. Its the attention to detail that makes a serial or movie great. My favorite single episode of a television show is the Episode 1 “ The Original” from Westworld Season 1.I really dont know why Season 2 was so terribly executed but Season 1 is counted in classics now. The first episode of this series literally takes us into a fantasy park where everybody can be whatever they want, whenever they want. It showed us how vulnerable and capable human beings can be at the same time if they have a chance to do it. The grand sets, well written characters, costumes, cinematography are all perfect in this episode. But it is the writing and reveries in this episode that keeps you stuck on the seat. Ramin Djawadi has done a great job on the original score. Anthony Hopkins is at its career best and so is Evan Rachel Wood, Dolores who plays the protagonist in this series. The character is proctored and tailored for her . Kudos to Jonathan Nolan for writing and directing this episode. He usually writes movies for his brother Christopher Nolan and hardly takes the director’s chair, but when he did, he nailed it.To know more about this episode , click on the links below from IMdb and Wikipedia :"Westworld" The Original (TV Episode 2016) - IMDbThe Original (Westworld) - Wikipedia

Who is your favorite black TV show actor?

It has been years since I’ve watched a proper TV show given the boredom I usually get from television but I could give you a list. Here they are as follows:Will Smith: His role in Fresh Prince of Bel-Air helped to shape my childhood. It was only years afterward have I started to realize this when I could fully understand. It was a solid start to his acting career.Jaleel White: The role as Steve Urkell gave me enough to keep me occupied each and every time he came round. Too bad his character ended up shaping his persona to the point of being unable to have the two separated, as his career got stifled as a result, which is a pity.Marlon and Shawn Wayans: They are best known for the Wayans Bros, they have an impressively long list of sitcoms and comedy films under their belt. With their brother Keenan, their repertoire truly comes to their own. They are arguably one of the most underrated powerhouses in the acting business.Bill Cosby: Despite his dodgy past and recent convictions, the impact he has had on television cannot be denied nor underestimated. He was after all, one of the first Black actors to gain a multiracial audience via sitcom with the Cosby Show before branching out into film. Call this an unpopular opinion but all I can say is, it is what it is.Terry Crews: His persona is domineering and somewhat neurotic which helps to add this flavour to the roles he happens to be acting in. His role in White Chicks and Everybody Hates Chris makes me laugh each and every time.James Avery: His calm, gentle and authoritative demeanor makes him ideal for all the sentinel roles he had to play over the years. Too bad he didn’t get too far past the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. May his soul R.I.P.I used to admire Raven Symone from the time I used to enjoy watching That’s So Raven and the various films she was acting in through Disney especially but after she joined the View, I have lost all my respect for her after she voiced her self-loathing and apologist rhetoric on many occasions. I just cannot handle that.

What is your sign and who is your favorite...?

CHUCK BASS!!

BQ1: what do you think is the sign of that character on the show? and why you chose that sign? I think he'd fit a Scorpio cause he's mysterious and his voice on the show seems Scorpio-ish to me idk why. Also he's kind of an emotional mess but acts tough on the outside, he's self destructive but he's also strong. Oh yes, and he's hot but that can match any sign lol.

BQ2: what is the sign of the actor/actress that plays that character on the show? Cancer lol as I just found out recently.

BQ3: do you think you're compatible with that character on the show? Taurus is compatible with Scorpio so yes XD I know he's kinda a manwhore but STILL.

BQ4: are you astrologically compatible with the actor/actress that plays that character? By suns yes. Hold on I'm gonna look up the rest of his chart just for fun for this Q.
He's a Cancer sun, Cancer moon, Cancer mercury, Gemini venus, Cancer mars.
OMG so much Cancer O_O Umm idk.

EDIT: LOL I know right, that's too emotional for me I don't think I'd be able to handle that lol... :O
LMAO at crying over the rose. Hahaha yea Holly J/Charlotte Arnold! What sign would you give her character though?

Do you still enjoy Bill Cosby’s work despite his sentencing?

I was never a fan of his, to tell you the truth. Nonetheless, I feel that this question could be applied to others. Over the course of over 90 years (I use that figure because The Jazz Singer, the first "talkie," was released in 1927), numerous actors, directors, and producers have been accused or convicted of sexual misconduct of some kind. Therefore, if you are an avid film buff (like me), I think it only sane to at least try to distance yourself from their off-screen antics. Just because Errol Flynn was tried for statutory rape of a minor in the 1940s (and I believe that he thought she was of the age of consent, and no drugs were involved), should I never watch The Adventures of Robin Hood, one of my favourite films, again? (He was acquitted.) As for Roman Polanski, I quite like Rosemary's Baby (although I find the 1976 film, The Omen, more chilling) and have every intention of buying it (one of the few horror movies that I like which I don't have). And, although not a big fan of Woody Allen's work, I appreciate his offbeat sense of humour, and had no compunctions about buying the DVD of the first film that he directed, Take the Money and Run.

What did/do black people think about The Cosby Show?

I thought the Cosby show was, in the earlier seasons, a well written, well acted show that was extremely entertaining, and it was good to see a black family that was headed by two professionals and a committed married couple. That was rather new in the mid-to-late  1980's when this show first aired, there weren't any shows on the air at that time where the entire principal cast was all black. I think other shows like "Family Matters" came after the Cosby show-I don't remember that show running at the same time as the Cosby show. Bill Cosby did a very good job of keeping the show dignified, and stayed away from stereotypical protrayals of black folks for laughs.  The characters were dignified, not loud or brash like some other sitcoms with black people that preceded it. While I thought shows like "Sanford and Son", "Good Times",  and "The Jeffersons" were funny (I enjoyed the heck out of them and still do), they also played into stereotypes-but I think in those cases, that was kind of the point. The "Cosby Show" gave us a break from the loud, swaggering, sassy, undereducated/uneducated stereotype of black people and provided needed balance to the way black families/people are portrayed on TV. It was a positive portrayal of a black family. The kids were appealing, more so to me than a standard family sitcom. But, as the kids got older, I thought the show got more hokey. I think that was just a consequence of the kids not being little, and therefore, the story lines just weren't as appealing-after all, it's hard to do episodes where college kids get bad grades or come in late-it's just not as funny as it would be if the kids were younger. And with college kids, you expect some kind of drama with them becoming adults and with the Cosbys, their drama was pretty minor (but it is a comedy, so I understand one can only go so far with the serious stuff). And I'm sure the fact that the show had been on the air so long was also another issue.I think the show probably should have ended when the original kids got older-throwing in the grandchildren really didn't do anything for the show. But for the time, the Cosby Show was a groundbreaker. And I think Bill Cosby did a wonderful thing for black families on TV with this show.
