In N Out. Reasons: -Awesome food and a good price -Secret menu is the way to go -Easy to get to -They actually make their own french fries -Nice menu, with shakes -Bible verses on the products (super wicked) Fun facts: -First In N Out opened in Baldwin Park -Secret menu includes animal style, the flying dutchman, and floats -Tomatoes are the size of the bun -They have their own university -They have locations in Cali, Utah, and Texas -They sold out all the burgers in 5 minutes when they sold them in Singapore -You can opt for Protein style instead of bread

What are your favorite things to add to fast food to make it healthier or taste better?
Well my modifiers will be on the taste side. Not so much on the healthier side. Let’s first start with cheese. I’m a registered Turophile. Served 6 slices in Folsom. I’m also fond of bacon but I only order it on a day that ends with a “Y”. (like Saturda’y’) Then I like fruit on my burger. Yes, Avocado. And then I love good old caramelized onions. And if the burger doesn’t have any mustard on it, I just add some. Mustard goes well on anything. Try adding it when you make your own Guacamole. And I don’t want to leave out the HEAT. Jalapenos, chipotle or anything spicy. For honorable mention maybe a little sour cream. Now that's a burger. The next phase in restaurant will be the fermentation veges. The Kim Chi or sauerkraut. I’m working on a concept now that this place will have over 55 different Add On’s. Three different ketchup's, four different mustard's, five different mayonnaise and much more. But you’ll have to come to Texas for this one. Why is the condiment menu so big? Everything is bigger in Texas.
What is your favorite fast food item that has been discontinued?
Alas, Taco Bell's Spicy Chicken Burrito was retired in the first decade of the millennium. It was juicy , fairly lean, piquant without being overdone, generously portioned, full-flavored and economical.Without pretending that it was worthy of a life-extension program, it had (apparently) less arteriosclerotic potential than many Taco Bell offerings.One was a hearty snack, two were a lunch, with an unsugared drink or water. The protein content made them very filling, as did the moderate, balanced spiciness.Had no idea why the self-sabotaging bumblers at The Bell iced such a good product. How about a reboot? (Need a focus group to jump start things? I'm in!)

Ever had a favorite fast food item get discontinued?
I have and aww, I miss a few things... -Burger King burger buddies. They were these tiny little burgers;like 3 for a $1. -KFC Kentucky nuggets. Mmm, these were my favorite chicken nuggets ever! -Wendy's salad bar. It was the best salad ever and you could get pasta or nachos with it too. Wish they'd bring these back! :)
