What Is Your Personal Reflection About Fire Prevention

What is a personal reflection?

Instructions
How to Write a Personal Reflection
1
Find a quiet place where you can write down your personal reflection. It should be a place where you can have an uninterrupted writing session. Having a quiet place to reflect will allow your words and thoughts to flow freely without distraction.

2
Decide what life experience or life situation you would like to reflect upon. For example, you can reflect on how it feels to be overweight, or how it feels to be 40 years old and not even close to reaching your dreams in life.

3
Write down everything you feel about the situation. Don't be afraid to write down your true thoughts. No one is going to judge you. If you are not honest with yourself, then it will defeat the purpose of writing a personal reflection.

4
Document behavioral patterns as they come to mind. For example, you eat every time you get depressed, even though you are not hungry, or you pick up the telephone and call someone who verbally abuses you every time you feel lonely. Writing down patterns while doing a personal reflection can help you to get to the root cause of the behavior instead of focusing on the behavior. Focus on the root and not the fruit.

5
Pen the desired outcome that you would like to see concerning this life situation. Document the steps you will put into place to ensure that your desired outcome is met. For example, if you desire to lose weight, write that down. Then promise yourself that the next time you feel depressed you will not turn to food but will instead address the issue that is causing you to be depressed.

6
Keep a record of your progress. If you mess up along the way, write down in your personal reflection what caused you to mess up. Write down what you need to do to get back on track.

7
Repeat Steps 1 through 6 every time you feel the need to do a personal reflection on a situation. By doing personal reflections daily, it will help you to stay in tune with your true feelings and your inner self. Don't be afraid to go back and read through your personal reflections to see how much you have grown and how far you have come.

Fire prevention is essential. This process happens before the fires even ignites. Taking precautions after fireblaze is of no use. One of the most effective tools for fire prevention is an inspection. Regular property inspections can be used to identify vulnerable areas in your facility and, once identified, to fix them. These vulnerable areas can be things like overloaded electrical outlets, improperly maintained systems, and improperly stored materials. Once these problems have been identified, it is important to take the steps to remove the threat and to ensure it does not get to be that way again. When using regular inspections, you can work to prevent fires in your business. As fire prevention is a crucial consideration for those who are responsible for the design, specification, and construction of new and refurbished buildings, Fischer has developed a range of passive fire protection products which will help to influence the spread of fire, smoke and toxic gasses and greatly increase life safety of occupants and protection of property. To explore all a wide range of fire prevention products visit fischer group of companies

It’s an examination of yourself from a different angle than you had previously taken. Like dressing without a mirror and then using a mirror to see the result. We might speak and act without thinking much about it, then reflection would be examining what we did and said giving it more thought than before. If I think about this comment later I’ll be reflecting on it and how I personally feel about it.

What is your personal definition of spirit?

Personal def: a spirit is Supernatural. An existence beyond the natural world. If related to God, it is Divine; if not it is of the world=satan.
Our spirits can be exercised for good or evil. I believe in the Holy Spirit and pray daily that it leads and guides me. If lead by the Holy Spirit then we have one or both gifts in us. They are: Spiritual Discernment (gifts given only from the one true God) and Discerned Spirit (ability to see/know good or evil in people). Whether good or bad, Spirits are real and are not by no means to be toyed with. . . to do so, would be like playing with fire.

How different is our reflection in the mirror, to our actual face?

When someone looks into the mirror, the people always see themselves with eyes facing towards the mirror. You might look different with your eyes looking another way. Also, all faces are slightly uneven and this shows on the mirror more. AND some mirrors aren't made well and are bent a little bit. This might make you face look wider/slimmer longer/shorter. The best way to get an idea of what you look like is to look at your face with different mirrors and try to guess an average of your face.

SmokeAlarms are not enough!ImageSource: created with PhotoGrid app Vanderbilt News; WikiHow; StovetopfirestopFIRE SAFETY tip! Invest in modern fire suppression devices. I am so grateful that this summer, our apartment property site manager installed this relatively new product, FireStop, at the insurance company's insistence. Apparently, fire extinguishers are not sufficient. My daughter accidently started a massively, tall grease fire making deep fried zuchchini. She did not turn the heat down from high so it reached its flashpoint. The device extinguished the fire in less than 30 seconds engulfing the pot and stove in foam.ImageSource: shclifeline.comIt frightened her but I thought this is pretty cool, safe, and faster than a kitchen extinguisher or the emergency tip of baking soda as an extinguisher for smothering the fire.Imagesource: adapted from two fire departments using PhotoGridNevertheless, I do not want to underestimate the danger of the fire expanding. I have never seen a little grease fire of more than one or two inches -- usually in the drip pan. This fire was huge. The fire alarm did not go off until I reached the kitchen when my daughter started yelling for me. In the end, there was smoke in the first two-thirds of the apartment but no smoke damage. Know what to do.ImageSource: adapted from WikiHow & LifeHacker with PhotoGrid appFor more safety, we went to Target and purchased a mini deep fryer with basket and lid for $25. Cooking tip: of course, I had to purchase a strainer and cheesecloth to reuse the oil. The fried zucchini was good.Cooking is the primary reason for residential and nonresidential fires. Smoke alarms mitigate injuries and fatalities but don’t stop structural fire damage.ImageSource: National Association Fire ProtectionBOTTOM LINE: Make the stove hood automatic fire suppression investment for your family’s safety and your home.ImageSource: stovetopfirestopFunny aside: I received a verbal warning from the property management firm for damage to the firestop and I have to pay for the replacement. I had already offered to replace the device. Replacement costs is nothing compared to an engulfed multi-unit residential fire.Imagesource: Robin’s camera

Which person should I fire?

I am a manager at an accounting firm. However, due to the worsening economy, I need to lay someone off. I've narrowed it down to 2 people. Both of them earn pretty much the same (I'm not going to give last names).

Deshawn: He's worked here about 6 years. He started right after he graduated from Princeton. He's one of the best when it comes to crunching numbers, but he isn't great with clients. I think people seem a little threatened by him. But other than that, he's a very nice, polite and very well spoken. He's getting married in the fall, and he regularly does volunteer work, and even wants to go to Haiti to help build a hospital. Also, I'm not racist, but I should point out that Deshawn is a black, and it looks good when we employ those

Larry: We hired him I think 8 months ago. He's not the greatest at math though, and almost cost us our biggest client. But he's a lot of fun to be around, and throws great parties too. His education isn't great, as he dropped out of mississippi valley community college after one year, but some clients really like that about him. He can also get through any circumstance, as he spent 3 years in jail for armed robbery.

After careful consideration, I think I will fire Deshawn. I think it's important for people to feel safe, (I think people are afraid of him because he's black) but my decision isn't final yet. What do you think?
