What Is Your Playback Of The Day

What is playback-based CPM on YouTube?

CPM or cost per Mille is the term used to tell about the cost for advertisers to serve the video to one thousand people.YouTube allows advertisers to earn revenue by placing their ads on videos and on the sides of the videos.CPM is calculated based on how many people watch the video and from where the people are watching the video. Many factors affect CPM and these include the demographics, content, gender and time of watching.Cost per Mille or CPM is the amount paid per every thousand views on YouTube. This can be different for each YouTube channel and country to country. CPM fluctuates from day to day.We can know about the types of ads and also the worth of them. The unskippable ads pay much than the little overlay ads.Based on the monetized views of the video, YouTube can calculate how much money the video maker can earn on 1000 monetized views and this is the playback based CPM. CPM will not be the same in all seasons. It can be higher during holidays and it can be lower when there are no holidays.Cost per Mille can be different in different countries. Some people may have higher CPM and others very less CPM. This is generally based on the region and the regions where there is less number of YouTubers, the advertisers may pay more. Play based CPM is also more for technology, technology products and also beauty products.Playback based CPM is the cost advertiser pay for serving ads on a YouTube channel. This depends on the monetized playback numbers. Some may get confused with CPM and RMP.Though the CPM is shown very high, the actual earning of the channel is CPM multiplied by 55% and this is the revenue per thousand monetized view. YouTube takes away forty-five percent of the channel revenue.

Help! My minidv playback is choppy in the camera. Can I fix it?

I shot 2 different days on a canon xh a1. The first day the video footage turned out fine, the second day when I play back in the camera it is all choppy (audio and video). I used the same settings on the camera for both. Both were brand new tapes. I tried playing the first one again and it still works fine. Second tape is still choppy and unwatchable. Do I just have a bad tape or can it be fixed?

I hope one day that all the game producers would make one ultimate mega console. Wouldn't that be cool? they could call it the PSWII 360...
LOL.
Ah well, you can't,sorry.

Music is constantly playing in my head?

I know this syndrome well ! I am 49 years old and I have had the music playing in my head for years and years. I don't think there is really ever a time it is not playing except for when I am really concentrating on work or something. But as soon as I'm done, zoom...the song is right back playing over and over and over!! The only thing to get rid of it is a new song. And if I hear a new one, it replaces the old one. I once had the theme to PeeWee's playhouse stuck in my head for 3 months, OMG that was awful! Anyway, it is called 'earworm' and here is what WebMD has to say about it:

They bore into your head. They won't let go. There's no known cure. Earworms can attack almost anyone at almost any time.

No, it's not an invasion of jungle insects. It's worse. Earworms are those songs, jingles, and tunes that get stuck inside your head. You're almost certain to know the feeling, according to marketing professor James J. Kellaris, PhD, of the University of Cincinnati.

Nearly 98% of people have had songs stuck in their head, Kellaris reported at the recent meeting of the Society for Consumer Psychology. The 559 students -- at an average age of 23 -- had lots of trouble with the Chili's "Baby Back Ribs" Jingle and with the Baha Men song "Who Let the Dogs Out." But Kellaris found that most often, each person tends to be haunted by their own demon tunes.

"Songs with lyrics are reported as most frequently stuck (74%), followed by commercial jingles (15%) and instrumental tunes without words (11%)," Kellaris writes in his study abstract. "On average, the episodes last over a few hours and occur 'frequently' or 'very frequently' among 61.5% of the sample."

What helps? Kellaris doesn't know. But he found that when people battle their earworms, nearly two-thirds of the time they try to use another tune to dislodge the one that's stuck. About half the time people simply try to distract themselves from hearing the stuck song. More than a third of the time people with songs stuck in their heads try talking with someone about it. And 14% of the time, people try to complete the song in their heads in an effort to get it to end.

I play nearly 5 hours of video games every day. What are the potential health threats and how can I stop this habit?

Everything in this answer is based off personal experience and anecdotes. Do Not take this answer as a professional advice.I’m 23. I used to play pc games on my trusty potato laptop for 16 hrs a day for 4 years (Shhh, don’t tell my mom). I still play but not as much due to *gulp* responsibilities.I had broken sleep schedules at the time, severe under-weight issues (I am the kind of person who finds it hard to gain weight) and frequent face breakouts. My teeth, bowel movement and joints/muscles were fine. Now I go to the gym twice a week, eat more and managed to rack up 15 kgs over 3 years from my underweight status (from 57 to 72). Breakouts are rare because of better sleep. On hindsight, perhaps my diet back then probably also contributed to my unhealthy conditions. I was at university back then (yes, you guessed it right). I had your stereotypical college student diet (instant noodles, pizzas, Chinese takeout and simple things that I can cook like pancakes, fried rice, baked rice or pasta). No veggies except for mushrooms (do they even count?).I’m currently fine, not feeling unhealthy at all, cholestrol is a bit high though. I have no idea whether I can live up to 90. I might die at the age of 30, or 25, I don’t give too much damn. If I am supposed to die today, I will die today. Nothing I can do about it.I think sitting in front of the computer for 5 hrs is usually not the main source of health issues. It’s the other things such as diet and whether you drink caffeinated energy drinks or coffee to stay up late, combined with sleeping pattern (i never force myself. If I’m feeling very tired after 16 hrs or even 6 of gaming, I’ll rest, no questions asked. I never do a full on 24 or 48 hr non stop gaming). Genetics also play a big role. Some people are just born with sturdier muscles or joints so they are not easily strained from prolonged computer use. Their bodies are also full of stamina or metabolize well (as I said, I have trouble gaining weight) to the point that the sedentary lifestyle of gaming do not bring chronic issues. I wear glasses since I was 5, so don’t blame gaming for this. Sometimes my eyes hurt though, but things such as f.lux really helped when using the computer at night.tl;dr it highly depends on other things besides the gaming itself. Diet, genetics, sleeping pattern and the extent of your exercise. Living conditions probably matter too.

How many times can a vinyl record be played?

IF you have a well-calibrated tonearm (VTA, overhang, geometry) with minimal friction and antiskating set properly, and a cartridge with line contact profile stylus set for proper downward tracking force (no mistracking or "bounce" off the groove walls) AND only play any particular cut once a day or less (to allow the vinyl to cool and resume its original form before being replayed) and keep both the stylus and record pristine, the correct answer is:"More times than you're ever likely to want to listen to that particular record."Should you eventually start hearing wear after scores of plays, this is a good time to find a fresh copy of the record. Take a look at your play counts in iTunes - what's the most plays you can find of any specific recording? I've played records in a store environment that still sounded fresh after a hundred or so (estimated) plays, but we really tried to take good care of them (and we had a Keith Monks record cleaning machine as well).I will be able to hear Thelma Houston's "I've Got the Music In Me" in my dreams for the rest of my life, also many parts of "The Wall" and the finale of the Telarc "1812 Overture" (for those customers who really need for their cannons to sound realistic)!

Is there a way to view your Spotify play history?

In the Mac desktop application for me, the play queue was not displayed in the left navigation bar as it is shown in other answers. It’s actually in the bottom right of the of the screen to the left of the song shuffle button. It is not obviously labeled but on hover it will display “Queue”.It also doesn’t go very far back in time…

Why does music seem to play faster in the morning?

I just woke up, and i'm listening to a song. The song sounds about 50% fasterthan it would if I had just come in from a run, or from playing a fast movingsports game. The speed of music varies based on whether I've been passive, oractive. It seems that if my mind is moving slowly, the music sounds fast, and ifmy brain is moving quickly, the music sounds slow. But how does that actuallyhappen? Hearing is one of the senses that is very, very subjective. You don'trealize it until, you hear different sounds at different times of the day and withdifferent feelings. Here's a few points. I spent an intense year trying to producedance music in the genre of "uplifting dutch trance" (no it's not a mixtape or atrip to amsterdam)... http://forums.di.fm/showthread.p... It is wellknown that your ears are much fresher in the morning. Take some very highquality tracks with high quality earphones. Listen when you just wake up, afew hours after you wake up, then listen at night. You will notice more thingsearlier in the day. Music tempo is really a very abstract concept. That's why bigsymphonies have a conductor. When learning classical piano, yeah, you have ametronome, but during performances or when impressing your family, you don'tuse the metronome, and somehow the human mind tries to "keep" a tempo ofthe notes. Scientifically, it comes down to the brain/ mind. One of the importantfrontiers of knowledge.

Do movie theaters play movies when no one is in the audience?

In India, there is a law which allows the theater owner to discontinue the show if there are less than 5 tickets sold. Like others pointed it out, it is expensive to run the show with even 5 people. While I used to manage the cinemas, I always ran the show as a policy so even if one person wants to decide to come, he knows that the movie will definitely be played. It was more like a long term strategy..and it always paid. For logistics purpose, the box office should be open for any show till about 15 minutes of the show time. So for a 6pm show, it is mandatory that people can buy tickets will about 6:15pm.. so I used to let the movie start on time, play it for 15 minutes and then switch off/cancel the show if there were no people. This helped because just in case some people drop in 10 minutes later, I won’t delay the shows following that movie :)I feel your pain specially coz you took your son with you. Sorry mate! I wish I had a cinema which you had come to..
