What Isp In L.a. County Provides The Lowest Ping

I have court-ordered community service, but don't know where to volunteer!?

That's some outstanding advice there, Poppygoo... Tell that to your own PO and see what happens next...

Our department tells probationers the same thing: do the community service work at any non-profit organization you want... We also provide a list of about 40-50 agencies that we know that provide community service, although the probationer is not bound to use any of those agencies...they're just suggestions... I'm guessing your PO doesn't have such a list, though, since it sounds like they normally used your city's DPW until a few idiots ruined it for everyone...

I tell the folks that I supervise that they can work for anything owned by the city, county, or state: parks departments, fire departments, police departments, etc... Libraries are good options... Goodwill Industries has a few locations in my area, and they are very popular places to work because they are open for many hours each day, and they don't care (around here, anyway) if you work 2 hours a day or 8 hours a day... Churches are also popular places to work, although you might want to clear that through your PO first, since not all departments may allow community service work to be done for religious organizations...

Some other agencies that we list that might be in your area:

--Habitat for Humanity
--Nursing homes (make sure it's a non-profit one, though, because not all of them are)
--American Legion or similar organizations (again, make sure they are non-profit first)
--Food banks
--Homeless shelters / kitchens
--City governments--sometimes our city uses community service workers to help clean offices/hallways/restrooms or move office furniture or file papers or destroy papers or any other special projects they may have going on at any given time in any particular department...
--Your Probation Department--occasionally, we have special projects that we use community service workers for...

I hope that gives you some ideas... Good luck to you!

Does the US law prohibit a person from planting a GPS tracking device on someone else, or otherwise using a GPS tracking device, to track the location of someone else without the latter's consent?

You attempt to track a boyfriend, girlfriend or significant other in their own carAs of now, here's what private citizens need to know about GPS tracking and the law:It's generally legal to use a GPS tracking device if:You or your organization own the vehicle or asset to be tracked.  You or your organization own the asset that might be taken without your permission.  Your children (under 18 years old) are the focus of the tracking.  You are tracking a car or asset for the purpose of legal repossession in the event of a default on a loan.  It's generally illegal to use a GPS tracking device if:You are not the owner of the car and do not have the legal right to track itYou attempt to track a boyfriend, girlfriend or significant other in their own carFor police and licensed private investigatorsYou should know that the laws governing GPS tracking by government agents, police or private citizens are not definitive. The Fourth Amendment and other state and federal laws grant United States residents certain protections to their privacy, including strict limits on illegal search and seizure. But there's nothing in the Constitution that specifically addresses GPS tracking technology – or many other forms of electronic surveillance.  The Supreme Court and several lower courts issued rulings on GPS in 2012, but those decisions addressed narrow uses of the technology by police and employers, respectively. The courts didn't address the use of GPS tracking devices by private citizens or private investigators.  With its recent ruling on GPS tracking by police, the Supreme Court left many questions unanswered. But the justices signaled that they were ready to delve more deeply into electronic surveillance issues. Visit us at LoneStar Tracking GPS Vehicle Tracking Solutions

Which is your preferred ISP for online gaming in India, and how much ping do you normally get?

HeyI am also using airtel broadband and my ping is around 100. You’ll get the same ping from every service provider because the ping you get while gaming is from the game server you’re connected to,and not the ISP server.4G won’t help because it will only give you a better speed. You can ask your ISP if they have optical fiber in your area, by using it you may get lot less ping than you are getting right now.

How long would shipping take from Illinois to California?

It all depends on how the package was shipped such as
Fedex or UPS Ground - 4 to 6 days
Fedex Express Saver or UPS Orange > 3 days
Fedex 2 day or UPS Blue > 2 day
Fedex Priority or UPS Red > Next day usually by 10:30
Or Fedex First Overnight or UPS EAM (Early AM) > Next morning usually by 8:30
Also have to consider on what item that you actually had ordered because the shipper may had used a different service or carrier that was listed.

What is the best way to lookup an IP?

Maybe you wish to take an IP address, and figure out what it is?You can ping the IP address, and as a byproduct, the output may show you the hostname associated. To similar effect, you can use “nslookup ”. Both use DNS and look for a PTR record that helps convert IP addresses to names. Not all IP addresses will have a PTR record, though…The last thing you can do is find a WHOIS site on the internet that can tell you who the owner of an IP address range is. This MAY be useful and tell you about some large megacompany, or it may lead you to a big hosting provider with thousands of individual clients and no way to distinguish them.

If you move to a different location but have the same computer will your IP address change? For example: if I lived in the USA but then moved to Australia with the same computer will my IP address change? Or will it still show the USA one?

Your IP will not be the same, IP numbers change when you change internet service provider and/or the network card in your computer.Your computers IP address depend on the network card address which requests IP from your internet service provider. All computer have something called MAC ADDRESSES which identifies the address on the network card. They look like the followingAA-BB-CC-DD-EE-FF When your computer starts up it contacts your Internet service provider saying hey I have network card adress AA-BB-CC-DD-EE-FF give me an IP please. Your Internet service provider will then give you an ip.If you do not use your computer for a while someone else might get your IP. IP addresses assigned by most Internet service providers are dynamic.

How do I find out what my DSN and DSN 2 is?
