no dinosaur ever flew.
what youre thinking of is Pterosaurs (ex: Pterodactyl).

What kind of dinosaur is this?

My nephew just got a bag of dinosaur toys, and there's one that I've seen before, but don't know what it is, and he wants to know. It looks kinda like a turtle, but its got spikes all over its back, not like the stegasaurus, but more like little spikes covering its whole back kinda like a shell, and its got a clubbed tail. He wants to know what it is. I've looked up pictures, but I can't find anything online that looks like it, so I made up the name Turtlesaurus, but he wasn't convinced. He's 4 years old, and very persistant, and I don't think he's gonna leave me alone until I figure out what it is.

HELP!!!!!!!!

Thanks! :)

What kind of dinosaur ate a T. rex?

There are a few dinosaurs I believe would eat Tyrannosaurus rex. Even the tyrant king the apex predator of late Cretaceous North was not without dangers. The answer below mentions some of the predators of a baby T rex but none of them are dinosaurs so I will give you some dinosaurs that ate the infamous T. rex.As an adult a Tyrannosaurus would have only one animal that could kill it and eat it. You guessed it another T rex! In bouts for territory the consequences could be brutal ending one of the tyrant’s lives. There is evidence for cannibalism between Tyrannosaurs. Otherwise nothing would kill and eat them. But it is important to consider when they die scavengers like “raptors” will feed on their remains. That brings us to the second stage of the tyrant’s life sub-adult/juvenile.The biggest animal in the image is a juvenile Tyrannosaurus, the second biggest is a Dakotaraptor. At this stage in life it seems Tyrants and raptors would have similar niches in the environment as they were both built to ambush and chase down unarmored prey. These two dinosaurs would surely come into conflict occasionally and I could definitely see the Dakotaraptor killing a juvenile Tyrannosaur if it isn’t careful. The danger for the tyrant would be all the more real if Dakotaraptors hunted in packs as they would outnumber a lone tyrant. Since we know little about the social habits of these two we can’t say how often they would come into conflict but the Dakotaraptor sure looks like it could kill and eat a young T rex. Finally, as a baby a Tyrannosaurs would have plenty of foes. Dakotaraptor would still be a danger but so would the smaller Archeroraptor also shown in the image above. Omnivores like Anzu and Struthiomimus could also be deadly. They could scoop up a hatch ling or egg when the parents aren't looking. As you can see the life of a Tyrannosaurus was riddled with dangers and it would take a lot of work for them to reach adulthood and claim their places as tyrant kings.Hope this helps!

What kind of dinosaur is Patchi?

Patchi is a Pachyrhinosaurus, an extinct genus of centrosaurine ceratopsid dinosaurs from the Late Cretaceous period of North America. The largest Pachyrhinosaurus species were 8 meters long, weighted about 4 tons and were herbivorous. They had strong cheek teeth to aid in chewing tough, fibrous plants.A Pachyrhinosaurus was selected as the mascot for the 2010 Arctic Winter Games held in Grande Prairie, Alberta.Source: Pachyrhinosaurus

What kind of dinosaurs are omnivores?

It’s interesting that the questions included the word “are” rather than “were” because a group of dinosaurs that includes many omnivores is still living today—namely, birds. Despite their all having beaks, and none having true teeth, modern birds include many predators and scavengers, as well as herbivores (mostly fruit and seed eaters), and omnivores. Of extinct dinosaurs, most with large, sharp teeth can be safely presumed to have been predators, but quite a few others were likely or possible omnivores, including ornithomimids, pachycephalosaurs (having thick-boned skulls), oviraptorosaurs, and therizinosaurs.
