What kind of games will a Lenovo T440 be able to play?
I'm getting ready to go to college and I'm looking for a nice and sturdy laptop that will last me long, and still enable me to play games with my brothers whenever I'm not home, like Minecraft and Arma 2. The FPS I'm hoping for is around 50. I have had bad experiences with HP Pavilions, with their plastic casing, and weak hardware that is no where built for gaming and multitasking. Hopefully, a Lenovo T440 would be able to last me through college and still keep me entertained whenever I want. I plan on getting one at Best Buy for $900 that comes with an i5 Intel processor with 500 gb hard drive and 4gb memory. Can you please give me some game examples with some FPS estimates?
Will the GTX 1060 be able to play any game on 1080p at 60fps?
It won't bottleneck you, that's for sure. A few games are badly optimized, but for the most part, if you don't have a really had CPU and PST you shoul be fine for 60fps at 1080p.

Hi guys this is my first time on here and i'm hoping I get some nice feedback. My mom bought a new dell laptop for her. I'm trying to figure out if this laptop can play some mmorpg's. I know for sure this laptop can't handle high end gaming. But i'm trying to figure out if it can AT LEAST handle a couple mmorpg's like Cabal Online, Aion Online, WOW, etc.. The specs are: Operating System: Windows 8 64-bit System Model: Inspiron 3521 Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU 2117U @ 1.80GHz (2 CPUs), ~1.8GHz Memory: 4GB RAM DirectX Version: DirectX 11 Intel(R) HD Graphics I know this probably isn't the best but I have a feeling it's not super bad and that it can play some mmorpg's...not big name titles such a far cry, battlefield 3, crysis, etc When I start working i'll buy a good ASUS. The herding group usually does great with agility and rally obedience. I do some of this..informally, just for fun...I have never actually entered any competition, as I said, for my guy its just for fun. The classes are 2 to 3 times a week for an hour. One of the classes is at a park that has water access and my dog loves to swim. You would not think so to look at him, he is a Basset Pit mix!! But he will absolutely swim out for a chuckit ball! Your guy might also like that water retrieval thing..though it is usually dominated by Labs. At home, there are some games we play that my guy really enjoys. I have taught him to "clean up his toys"...so I now spray them with vanilla...hide them around my small yard and tell him to go find. Of course he gets a fabulous treat when all of them are back in his basket. I do have a few things set up in the yard...a small wading pool, a child's plastic slide and a nylon tunnel..lots of hide and seek type games can be done there. And you can get the cones...hide a treat under one of 3 or 4 cones and have him sniff it out. These are not necessarily herding games, but they will keep your pup mentally active. PS I do know a guy who bought some remote control cars and has his dog "herd "them! Have fun with your pup, good luck!

What kind of games can I play with an AMD Radeon HD 8550G graphics card?
You didn't include some games, so here it goes since I have the same graphics: The HD 8550G is an integrated graphics found in the A8-5550M APU from AMD which it has 768MB of video memory which is good for 720p resolutions like 1600x900 found on 17.3 inch laptops. Current games WILL run really well just make sure to mess with the graphic settings. I'm playing the following games in the HD 8550G, and they play really well. SWTOR GTA IV BIOSHOCK INFINITE BATTLEFIELD BAD COMPANY 2 BATTLEFIELD 3 and 4 FALLOUT FIFA 14 CRYSIS Another good thing about these APU's is that they can be upgraded even though its in a laptop, lets say next year new games start to lag, you could just buy the faster APU (A10-5750m) from ebay for $130 which includes the HD 8650G, which is about 32% faster than the HD 8550G, I've already ordered one from ebay!

If your GPU is GTX 940mYou should be able to run games like GTA V at the lowest possible settings.If you want a gaming laptop, increase your budget.GTX 940mx isn't a good GPU for gaming. In my opinion laptops with GTX 940MX shouldn't even be called gaming laptops. It will barely be able to run AAA title games.Get a laptop with gtx 1050 for decent gaming experience. Or just buy a ps4 and a cheap laptop like for around 40k. PS4 pro is super cheap, its below 40k. (All pricesin INR)
