That is the problem with other products that you have in one country, and transferring to another country, the products are not sold there. UK products are not sold in the Philippines, most of our products are coming from the US. So there is a big difference of products from UK and the US here. We mostly import products from the US not from the UK. The solution I have for you is to consult a dermatologist here in the Philippine while you are here and be recommended a different type of acne cream for your type of skin. That way whenever you are here you have a product that you can use while you are in the Philippines or stuck up more Sudocrem when you are here.

Help With My Post Acne Hyperpigmentation?
I suffered from severe acne for years,but now I've gotten that under control,only to be left with a BUNCH of very stubborn post acne hyperpigmentation,like red spots all over my face where the acne was. I recently went to a dermatologist and she gave me a prescription for a lightening cream,but when I went online and checked it out,I found out it contains 4% Hydroquinone,which has some bad side effects and I'd rather not use it.I told her this,and she wants me to come back in for another check up,but she's pretty expensive,so I'd rather not... So I'm asking here,what can I do to get rid of my post acne spots?I DO like the idea of a lightening cream,so if someone could recommend one that doesn't use Hydroquinone(or mercury,which I've been told I should also avoid) that would be great.
