Favorite Korn song and album?

Wow, picking one KoRn song is really tough. I guess I would go with "Freak on a Leash" just because the video was so amazing. As far as album goes, I think my favorite would be Issues just because I like nearly every song on that cd.

What is your favorite KoRn album and songs?

ISSUES no doubt, I love every song from that album, is on my top of all time favorite albums:

My fovorite songs well it would be hard for me to choose because I love them all but Freak on a leash can be one of them, got the life, did my time, falling away from me, Alone I break, somebody someone, Hey Daddy, is tp hard to choose..

What was it like to work on Korn's 'Untouchables' album?

Working on "Untouchables" was one of the most difficult, frustrating, yet rewarding and satisfying experiences of my creative life. The band weren't prepared with the songs we would record and it took months for them to be written. The recording process was kind of intermittent- there were a lot of stops and starts. It was sometimes very intense and sometimes, things would idle for long periods. In spite of all this, we also had the freedom to make the most exciting, powerful statement we could. We were working with the best- and newest- recording technology available and pushing ourselves to make a recording that would be very special. I feel the band were conscious about not repeating themselves or making a record that would fall short of their own need for excellence. They were extremely creative in terms of the parts they wrote and the sounds they were going for and it was a pleasure to participate in arranging and recording them. By the end of the project, I was completely exhausted, but convinced we'd done everything we set out to do. I was extremely proud of the record and honored to have worked with such an extraordinary creative team.

For KoRn Fans only: What is the greatest KoRn album of all time and why?

What is the greatest KoRn album of all time? Your choices are:
1. Korn- Korn
2. Korn- Life is Peachy
3. Korn- Follow the Leader
4. Korn- Issues
5. Korn- Untouchables
6. Korn- Take a Look in the Mirror
7. Korn- See You on the Other Side

It is incredibly difficult to choose one, but I can narrow it down. First of all the first two were very raw, emotional, and still needed the kinks worked out with better production. Follow the Leader was a tremendous commercial success, but it lacked artistic substance. Issues was very dark, emotional, and murky: and I do love it so. Sometimes, I think they peaked at Issues. I really can listen to it over and over. Untouchables was widely panned by critics and fans alike, but I truly think it was lyrically very mature and it had some very memorable song structure/ riffage. TALITM was and is the heaviest albium they’ve put together- extremeley aggressive, hateful and full of superb bass and guitar work. Lyrically, however, it showed a decline. Now, for the latest- See You on the Other Side. Personally, I have collected all 20 TRACKS that were released for this album and assembled them into a ginormous album. Upon extensive review, it is their most experimental album, heavy- but lacking the signature bass sound. For my money, they left many of the best tracks off of the mainstream release, which is a shame. Lyrically, it continues in the decline begun in TALITM, with a more upbeat and sexually explicit vein. Munky must be seriously applauded here; he put in double time with Head absent from the band, and his hard work pays off. The album has some of the greatest, most memorable riffage of any metal album and the song structure almost never drops the listener’s attention. So all in all, I would have to say for the pure emotional connection and dark nature of the album, Issues is my favorite Korn album. But this does not take away from the amazing artistic integrity of the other 6 albums. I really want to hear what other hardcore KoRn fans have to say. And please don’t blast me for not saying that the first album was greatest; it has it’s merits, but seriously- you old school guys need to get over it and move into the 21st century.

What is your review of Korn's 1994 debut self titled album?

If you asked me this in 1994:A lot of it seems like misplaced Faith No More worship by a bunch of teens who can’t really play their instruments properly. Compared with other teen-angst bands at the time such as The Smashing Pumpkins, Nirvana (still going at that point!) or Green Day, it’s complete garbage. Sepultura’s Chaos A.D. does such a better job than this. What’s with the studio outtakes? So unprofessional. If you’re asking me today:Ahead of its time. A fusion of rock and metal that spurred the MTV-supported nu-metal sound of the 2000s, a style that still endures today. MTV and major labels marketed the unpalatable to teens who needed heavier and creepier music to upset their parents. A great tapping into the reality of teenage life in middle-America with keen, if abstract, insight.
