What Make Up Should I Wear

Should a 14 year old wear make up?

In my opinion, 14 sounds like a good age to allow make-up. I wouldn't suggest any younger because, from experience, once you start wearing it, it can become very hard to stop. I was only 11 when I tried mascara for the 1st time, and ever since I've always worn it. Over the next few years, I'd start experimenting and adding much more to my face- wore heavy eyeliner, foundation, ect. It would really upset my parents because they didn't want me to wear so much (&because school didn't allow it). In general there are a lot of 12 year olds who cake their faces in make-up, so definitely 14 is a reasonable age to wear subtle make-up. If school allows it, then it shouldn't be a problem. I wouldn't suggest banning it because that could come across as really upsetting. Wearing make-up can make you feel good about yourself, however, like I said you can start relying on it, but if it's something your daughter enjoys, doesn't stop her from learning, and because it's subtle it doesn't seem a problem.

What makeup should a 17 year old wear?

There's no way someone can answer what makeup they ''should'' wear with objectivity, so I'm going to say that it's best to wear a BB cream or tinted moisturizer, or just sunscreen (it's important for everyone). I've worn eyeliner almost daily since I was 16. If you have oily skin, set your face with powder (just a little! Too much dryness will make you produce more oil), if it's dry get a good moisturizer. In terms of anything else, I say wear whatever you want. Even if you're wearing a lot of makeup, practicing will make you improve very fast with your makeup skills, assuming that you are interested in that. If you only want to enhance your features, choose to wear just mascara, maybe liner with a short wing, blush, etc.

How much makeup should a 14 year old wear?

Oh, mercy, why did Quora ask me to answer this one?Okay, uh, so years ago, I dated a lady with twins. I saw these girls grow up for five years, before, during, and after this age. I guess I can give it a shot. This is a dangerous question and honestly has two answers. On one side, make up is hard on the skin, typically. A preteen will make their upcoming teenage skin hard to manage, because makeup clogs pores, and can cause acne, or just make teenage skin harder to deal with in general. On the other hand, would you really want to deny a preteen or teen the chance to:feel pretty, practice with usage, blending, technique, cosmetic care (so they can learn to take care of expensive products later in life), and, have a parent / child bonding experience with your preteen / teen,…or would you rather just tell them to go to school with all their made-up peers, and hope their self confidence isn’t shaken while they’re still young and susceptible to the hurtful slings and barbs that will undoubtedly come from snobby peers with great makeup?Just remember, if they cake it on, they will get lambasted by others, on top of it being bad for their skin. So, sit down with your kid, and teach them that makeup isn’t for hiding your face like a mask. It’s for highlighting facial features, to augment natural beauty. And, uh, to occassionally conceal blemishes, too, I suppose. But, hey, I’m just a guy. The only time I’ve applied makeup was in 9th grade drama club, way back in 1994.I could be entirely off base, here, you know? But sitting down with your kid and teaching them tips and tricks, and looking up internet videos on the subject is something your child will appreciate and never forget. So, at the very least, let them wear it for the chance to bond as parents and children should. However, if you’re a dude, be prepared for them to wanna apply the makeup to YOU, as a way to “practice.” Especially between the ages of 8–15. They will want to see if you let them, they will want to see you vulnerable, and they will want to take pictures afterward. But, hey dudes, if you’re worried about your masculinity … don’t be. Being a good dad is the manliest thing you can do, and if anyone judges you otherwise, they’re the ones that have masculinity issues. So, in retrospect, I guess the answer to the question is: “As much as it takes to make your kid feel beautiful without caking it on. Just remember to make it a positive experience and a chance to bond with your preteen or teen.”Good luck!

What make up should I wear with olive eyeliner?

Hi I'm an asian girl (brown eyes, dark hair, that kind of thing), and rumaging through my make up case, I managed to find this olive eyeliner (no 7 with smudgy tip) and I was thinking it would be an absolute waste to just give it away so I was wondering what I could do with it.

Gold shadow, perhaps?
I don't really do too much make up because I am a teenager and I don't really like the cakey look.

Anyway, thanks in advance!

What make-up should I wear? And how should I paint my nails?

I'm going to wear black pants with cobalt blue shirt and cobalt blue block heels. What colour should I paint my nails? What colours of make-up should I wear, lips, eye shadow etc ? I want to experiment with other colours that match well with blue :)

Should I wear makeup? I am 15 years old.

Sure! But only if you want to! Don’t feel like you need to do it to look ‘beautiful’ or match anyone’s standards. Do it for you. You can go for a mostly natural look, or do something dramatic! (Which I love doing)I am a guy and I tend to do dramatic stuff outside of school, because currently nobody knows that I wear it. I love using eyeshadow with the vast array of colors you can make by blending, lipstick, etc.tl;dr, you do you! If it makes you happy, go for it! Don’t feel like you need to.

What makeup should I wear with an orange dress?

The make-up lot depends on the shade of orange you plan to wear. If it is a very bright orange then I would suggest you to go with a complete nude make up look with a nude lip color too. If the dress is a little peachy in shade or may be a very subtle orange then you can go for a nude eye make up and nude cheek-bones with a matt orange lip color. Avoid glossy orange lip shade and if you don’t have a matt effect orange lip color then wear the glossy one and just dab your lips with a tissue after applying the lip color as it will take away the glossy effect. For more updates followModestreet Fashion
