What do black people think about white people acting black?
I know white people that grew up and lived around Black people. They usually lived in areas that were known as hood. They naturally spoke and dressed like Black people. They understood hood culture.On the other hand, I know white people that watch a few Black movies, listen to hip hop, watch BET and basically pantomime the worst aspects of what it means to be Black. They don't realize that Black culture isn't only hood culture. To me, they usually come off as corny or wack.I grew up in an upper middle-class white environment. We had white kids in high school that watched Boyz in the Hood, New Jack City, or Colors and tried to emulate that lifestyle. They would try to talk like Snoop Dogg and wear Fubu or Cross Colours. They even went as far as driving with a gangsta lean, only playing Death Row Records or gangster rap, and smoking marijuana but calling it chronic. They felt they were Blacker than me, but they didn't know Blackness isn't a being ghetto template.Finally, we had white people in my neighborhood that only knew bits and pieces of Black culture. They knew how to say “what's up?” or that a 40 (also 40 ounce or 40 oz.) refers to 40 ounces of beer. They would try to sneak in those bits and pieces into conversations with me. It always came off as being very inauthentic and cheesy. I didn't understand why they would use hood language to talk to a Black person mostly raised in predominantly white areas.I don't care if white people act or talk Black. I just don't want to be around it. I'm like Robert Strickland when it comes to avoiding certain types of behavior. I'm even the same way with Black people or any other ethnicity of human beings.Update: I used what's up for simplicity sake to make my point, but there are other ways to express it that are clearly Black influenced. For example, “What's good my dude?” “What's popping?” “What's cracking?” “Sup Joe?”. Joe is a Chicago thing.
Why do conservatives think that if you ban guns, you will also create a criminal underground dedicated to ensuring that people who want guns and ammunition can get them?

How many foresaw the largest swell of murder and various other forms of crime in history?How many do you suppose saw that consumption of alcohol would shoot up dramatically?There is currently a criminal underground. 44% of guns used in crime are stolen from friends or family members, and another 44% are purchased on the black market. The black market exists.That’s like asking why people think that a small walmart will expand into a super-walmart if they had 3x the clientele. If 40% of the 293,000 gun crimes are committed with black market guns, 117,000 crimes are already being committed with guns from this ‘black market’, that already exists, so it certainly doesn’t have to be created.It is my considered opinion that the black market won’t grow exponentially, though. Criminals have no fear of armed resistance. In Chicago, robbing a convenience store by beating the teller nearly to death with a baseball bat and taking the money carries a little over half of the prison term of pointing a gun at them and asking for money. If you know 100% that your physical strength or a tool that can be used as a weapon is adequate, why would you risk doubling your prison term?A large asshole with a baseball bat would not get the robbery committed as cleanly, but if there is a 100% chance that the teller is unarmed, he’s not going to need a gun. The criminals don’t need guns against an unarmed populace.

A week later I was working at Bonobos (company) with 25 smart, fun, engaging people. I chipped in on work in different departments and eventually found an application for my natural skills in a career path I hadn't anticipated. At 29 I'm a beginner in a new role. It's fantastic.I can only recommend what I've done: Find some fertile ground. You'll figure the rest out later. There are tons of young companies looking for people who are energetic and capable, but most importantly they're looking for people who care. Startups require hard work and long hours but if you care about the mission and the quality of your work it'll feel more like a lifestyle than a job.You only have to be lucky once. I was. Maybe you will be too. There's only one way to find out: Take the car out of park and step on the gas.
What is turning all the men in America into pedophiles?
It is nothing new. It has being going on since time immoreal. It effects all classes of society, all professions, all religions, the rich and the poor, the young and the old. It is a curse. It ruins more people's lives than any other form of abuse. The do-gooders claim that the perverts are ill and need treatment. They pay far more attention to them than they do to the victims. Pedophiles are manipulative, clever and use tactics that can only be imagined. I will not give any details but suffice is to say that they use language, threats and intimidation on their child victims. The vast majority of men who have been indecently assaulted when young, seldom if ever tell anyone about their experience. Most women also keep it 'secret' only informing their husbands when things go wrong much later in life. Consequently the perverts appear to be 'getting away with it'. I have worked in law enforcement and everytime the issue of capital punishment arrises (UK), I honestly and sincerely advocate the death penalty for anyone committing a serious sexual offence on a child under the age of ten. I really mean it. In my experience, and in many documented cases, they are incapable of being 'cured' of their sick and evil habits. If an animal was to do what some of these people do to their young, they would be 'put down' immediately. Some of the true stories that I was told by young and indeed elderly people about their experiences as much as fifty years ago would make the strongest of stomachs, retch. Teachers, doctors, judges, police officers, solicitors, and any other group of people you can imagine are preying on the young of society in every country of the world. It is a sad, sad state of affairs when we cannot protect them.
