I'm 6'1 175lbs I have an authentic Phoenix Marbury 44, it fits really big! wide and long. Authentic jerseys add 2inches on length so they can tuck them in easier. I also have about 10+ swingman jerseys (replicas). I have both medium and large. Medium is a little snug, and large is more baggy. Both are long. You can also goto Footlocker and try on the swingmans. I think authentic would be too big since 44 is the smallest
