Can birth control pills make you tired?
Well, I've always been tired in a way, because I'm still a teenager and don't always go to bed at the same hour every night or wake up at the same hour every day. However, lately (the last half a month to a month or so), I've been feeling SO exhausted everyday, and it takes so much energy to wake up for school, that sometimes I'll just sleep through my alarms. I've been on the pill for about a month and a half so far, I'm halfway through my second pack. I know there could be other factors, but I'm just wondering if this is a side effect. I haven't noticed any other side effects as of yet, maybe some bloating? And maybe attitude change, like mild mood swings, but that's all I can think of.
I take my iron pills, why am I still tired?
Hello, I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas as to why I would be extremely tired all the time. I am terribly anemic but I take the required amount of iron my hematologist perscribed (4-5 28mg), I eat healthy, run every day, and sleep at least 8 hours a night, does anyone have any ideas as to why this might be occurring?

Im taking ortho cyclen BC pills. Ive been taking them for 12 days now and im consistantly tired/sleepy all day. Its been like this since around the 3rd day of taking them. I also have been getting random cramps in my lower abdominal area. They happen real quick lasting just seconds. Sometimes they're sharp and other times they're dull (the feeling i get when im about to start my period) i make consistant bathroom trips to make sure i didnt start spotting or start my period. This is the first time ive ever used BC pills. Is this normal?? I started them before i was supposed to get period. Is the cramping because im not starting my period when im normally supposed to and its kinda being forced to start when i get to the sugar pills in my pack?

I been taking this green coffee bean free trail sample for over 10 days. I seem to wake up tired. I was wondering if this pill could have a reverse effect on my body and instead of energy I'm getting tired. Has this happen to anyone else?

I have never heard of fatigue being one of the side effects of biotin. It is simply a water soluble B vitamin. B vitamins do help to relax the CNS, so that may be what you are feeling.

Two weeks ago, I fell sick with a fever. I had several symptoms ranging from headaches to stomach problems.To cure the latter, I took some Dramamine, an anti-vomiting medication with drowsiness as a side effect.I slept for more than 9 hours that day. FYI, I was not in sleep debt and was constantly getting 8 hours a day. That’s what any medication that induces drowsiness does.And bear in mind my entire body was aching at this time. I attempted to fall asleep but failed. After taking Dramamine to cure my stomach problems, I slept like a rock for more than 9 hours.So yes, narcotics and pills which induce sleepiness will indeed cause you to sleep longer. But don’t rely on medication to fall asleep. The last thing you want is to get hooked onto medication.
