You have irritated your stomach lining. You will need to see a doctor to make sure that's not all you have done to your stomach lining. In the mean time eat bland foods. Drink milk to sooth your stomach. Don't drink any sodas because they all have acid in them. Try some mylanta,,,, it will coat your stomach too. NEVER take that many tablets at once,,there is nothing good that can come out of it. If your migraine was that bad they have so many new prescription meds out there now that you can take at the first sign of the onset of a migraine headache and it either heads off the migraine from actually happening or it keeps it from becoming so bad that you can't function. I believe you taking pain killer. It's really not healthy. If you need to take them regularly during period, either you doing over or you having very painful period. For the later you can consult with your doctor. There are better way to manage it by getting better active life style being in healthy weight range. You can use hot water bottle or FIR heating pads for the pain management, is more effective than taking tablets.
