What Private Schools In Indianapolis Or Surrounding Areas Are In Need Of A P E Teacher

What are good reasons for wearing school uniforms?

According to Wikipedia, a uniform means a set of standard clothing worn by members of an organization while participating in that organization’s activity. People generally wearing uniforms are armed forces, police, emergency services, schools and workplaces. Uniform also means to be the same, and without any difference. With these basic ideas in mind the concept of having a common dress came in to picture. If the dress of the members of an organization remains the same then there is a sense on commonality which develops amongst them.So here is 4 reasons why uniforms are integral part of school or any organization.1.Uniform as perks: In some large organizations or school, it is considered as an honor and a kind of perk to receive uniform. This results in considerable conservation of time and energy of a child, as he doesn’t have to choose again and again the clothes to be worn at the school. Also a lot of money is saved since rarely will that child will be buying new clothes.2.A sense of belonging: If everyone wears the same clothes to the school then they share a feeling of commonness and belonging, which other wise gets very difficult to achieve.3.A feeling of equality: Uniform brings every one to the same platform, no matter how rich or poor he or she is and thus inculcating a feeling of equality amongst those wearing the uniform.4.Mutual growth: People wearing uniform are more caring for their fellows, they care not only for their growth but the growth of their peers as well. Uniforms are very important and fosters traits which are very necessary for a person as an individual and an organization as a whole to thrive and prosper.Thank You. :)

Do you consider 1000 km trip by car as "long" or "short"?

1000 kms a day, in India is of course a long drive. I am residing in Delhi and driving 1000 kms in plain, towards Mumbai, Kolkata or in Rajasthan/Gujrat or even in South India is real fun. I shall always do it nonstop without any sleeping break. However 1000 kms up into the Northern part with hills around can be tiring if performed nonstop. To enjoy the vistas I shall break the journey at one or more points. After all on hills it's all about the journey and not the destination. But yes, having done more than a dozen 1000+ kms drive in a day, I can say it's Long in Indian perspective but always fun.I can recall one incident. 5 years back, my daughter was supposed to go to Jaipur on a School Picnic. The night before departure she got high fever. I gave her medicines and asked her to abandon the trip but being 8 years old well pampered kid, she was hell bent on going on the School trip with the friends.Ok! I surrendered and requested her teacher to take care of her and give me a call if required. The look at the teachers face was priceless when I told her that Jaipur is not so far from Delhi and I would be available there in virtually no time if required.Sure enough, next morning while I was getting ready for my office, I got a call from her teacher that my daughter is having high fever. I requested the teacher to ensure my daughter stays back in her room and takes rest till I reached there. I asked one of my friends to go to their hotel to look after my baby and start my drive at about 10 in the morning. By late afternoon I was in Jaipur and found her in jolly mood since her fever had gone. We had a sumptuous Lunch in Rawat Mishthan Bhandar followed by a visit to Aamer Fort and we're back home before 10 in night.A total trip of 600 Kms was not long for me but 1000 Kms ….. Hell yeh! It is long.PS: Words of wisdom from my friend. He says, “It depends. If you are going to meet your girlfriend, 1000 km is very short distance and can be completed without a second thought and if you are supposed to meet your wife, even 50 kms is very loooonnnng and you seems to find excuses to avoid the drive.”

What are some reasonable reasons to change classes in middle school? I want to switch my time periods for drama and science class but I also want a different science teacher. I need reasons to switch my classes for my counselor.

I've had many situations where I simply switched the period or teacher. Granted, I go to a very layed back school in this situation. It fully depends on your schools policy with this, which would mean I can't give you a solid reason. For me, I simply say why I want to move the class or teacher. Most of the time it's to get a decent lunch (for us it's either first, second or third) and second tends to fit into my schedules very well, so I usually use that as my reason. As long as it's not just to get a class with friends, most reasons will work. For the teacher part, you would require an actual reason to make the change as it's usually more difficult to switch from teacher to teacher.Tl;Dr just say why you want to switch, don't switch for the soul purpose of being with your friends.

Can a teacher legally give students push ups as punishments?

Ok so my social studies teacher gives us push ups as punishments. He was in the military for 25 years so i guess he just treats us like that because he was in the military? I don't know but yesterday a guy dropped his student handbook in this teachers room and this guy had to do push ups. If he finds our book in the hallway or if we lose it anywhere we have to spend his class time the day he finds it holding it in our fingertips while are arms are extended and its a 13.2 pound book (my friends weighed it) We live in missouri if you wana know. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
