Smartest football fans.?
That is a stupid comment above me because I know Raider fans that are Doctors and lawyers so not all of them are stupid. It has be a misconception that Raider fans are thugs because the Rap group NWA use to wear raider hats and Ice Cube wears them. I'm a Raider fan for 22 years and I have never been to jail and I have a college education. Smartest fans I would say Green Bay fans are pretty smart because they know everything about the Packers (I guess it is because the Packers are the only thing in town). True Pittsburgh fans are smart (not the bandwagon ones). The ones that were Steeler fans before they started to win Championships in the 2000s again. Those guys are very intelligent. Seattle Fans are very imformed about the Seahawks win or lose so I would have to go with them also. I won't name any dumb fans but I will say that the Charger fans are dumbass. I guess I just did!
Please help me pick an AMERICAN FOOTBALL team!?
ok I have watched American Football on tv here in the UK for years and loved it but I have never ever picked a team and feel that I should! I do loosely follow the NY Giants as I love New York (I don't know why I chose the Giants over the Jets so apologies to any New York Jets fans I may have offended there!) Should I stick with the Giants or pledge allegiance to another team?! Im originally from Ireland, do any teams have any Irish connections? If I stay with a New York team should I stick with New York or go with the Jets? Everybody I know follows football (soccer) so I have nobody to ask their opinion of, so my ultimate question is this: What team do you support and why? Help me decide my ultimate team, the time has come!

Why are two college football players on the same team allowed to have the same number?
Because, for home games, a college football team on the Football Bowl Subdivision level can have as many as 110 players on its roster. Since no triple-digit numbers are allowed, there are going to be at least a few instances where more than one player wears a particular number. There are rules regarding that, such as the fact that, in duplicate number situations, one person wearing the same number as another can only play defense or offense while the other player can play the opposite. It is illegal for a team to have duplicate numbers on the field playing at the same time.
Which teams should have been in the College Football Playoff instead of Notre Dame and Oklahoma (or are the top 2 just that much better)?
I think that Alabama and Clemson are by far the best teams in college football this year. Oklahoma had issues on defense for most of the year, but a Heisman trophy winning QB powered an offense that was elite enough to win even when the defense was terrible. They’re a 12–1 team that avenged their only loss of the year (a ranked Texas) in the Big 12 Championship. Notre Dame is an undefeated team that plays its games against major conference opponents for the most part (including beating a top 10 Michigan team (probably not top 10 in the final AP poll after today, though). Some of its more traditionally challenging opponents (USC for one) have had off years, but you can’t really blame Notre Dame for historically good teams being mediocre. It’s not like Notre Dame is deliberately playing an easy schedule. Some people will argue for UCF. I get the whole “they’re undefeated” argument. My problem there is that UCF is untested against top flight FBS competition during the regular season. There’s not much for you to look at and say definitively that they’re one of the four best teams in college football. They play in a mediocre conference and their idea of a challenging out of conference schedule is playing bottom dwellers in more competitive conferences. Congratulations UCF. You beat Pitt, Florida Atlantic, and South Carolina State. You can make arguments for a Georgia team with one bad loss to a ranked LSU team and a close conference championship loss to the #1 team in the country. You can make arguments for Ohio State, despite their humiliation against Purdue (and you saw what a mediocre Auburn side did to Purdue…). But neither of those teams is clearly better than Notre Dame or Oklahoma.Alabama and Clemson are both really good teams. You can’t be shocked to see them dominating their competition. They’ve done it for a good part of this season. I like a good, hard fought game as much as the next guy, but sometimes we get blowouts. It happens in all levels of the sport.
What record-setting quarterback was the NFL's 82nd draft pick in 1979?

What famous Notre Dame player wore #42?
I bought a shirt because it said "Irish" on it and I am 100% Irish...turns out it is a Notre Dame shirt. On the sleeve it has #42. I assume this is for football, but that is not necessarily right. I wanna know who is on my arm. Thanks for the help!
