Why does Dr. Abdul Kalam bat for the Gujarat model for rural progress?

A p j abdul kalam is a respectable figure of our nation. Moreso he is above politics of parties. He must be well aware of the development agenda implemented by narendra modi, he must have analysed the facts n figures n perhaps must have been convinced n then decided to bat for gujrat model of development.I remember my visit ti ahmedabad n gandhi nagar almost eight years back , when maharashtra was badly under power cut mode, I asked almost twenty people of various walks of life, about the duration of power cut in gujrat, nobody was literally unable to understand intent of my question n had to explain how short electricity supply in mahsrashtra. Gujrat was so self sufficient in power the then.Regarding rural health schemes, I must mention that the condition of a public health centre was far better than a district level hospital in maharashtra. So if apj bats for gujrat model one must accept the fact of gujrat n same must be implemented nation wide. But for that every voter shd vote in general election with a firm conviction to fulfil the dream of dr apj of india in 2020.

How do I calculate aggregate marks in UPTU?

Look for calculating the final marks for your btec you should follow this process as per university guidelines.25% of 1st year marks i.e, you will calculate marks out of 500 + 50 % of 2nd year marks i.e, out of 1000 + 75% of 3rd year marks i.e, out of 1500100% of final year i.e, out of 2000Add all of them and find the % out 5000.This is how the marks are bern calculated in APJAK Uinversity .(formaly known as UPTU)

How do I calculate aggregate marks of upto 3 year?

Final UPTU percentage is calculated on below formula:1st Year : 25%2nd Year : 50%3rd Year : 75%4th Year : 100%Coming to your question , lets sayYou scored 70% in 1st year . So , 25% of 700/1000 = 175/25075 % in 2nd year. So , 50% of 750/1000 = 375/50080% in 3rd year, So , 75% of  800/1000 = 600 /750Therefor your agg % based on UPTU criteria =(175+375+600)/(250+500+750)1150/1500 = 76.66 %Hope, you can calculate for 4 years combined.

Supposing Modi again wins and continue as Prime Minister, how do you visualise our country's future in the next five years?

I quote below budget estimates for 2014–15 and 2019–20.2014–2015 Budget Estimates:Total expenditure of Rs 1,794,892 crore (US$ 299.49 billion) estimated.Gross Tax receipts of Rs 1,364,524 crore (US$ 227.68 billion) estimated.Net to centre of Rs 977,258 crore estimated.Fiscal deficit of 4.1 per cent of GDP and Revenue deficit of 2.9 per cent estimated.New Statement to separately show plan allocation made for North Eastern Region.Allocation of Rs 53,706 crore (US$ 8.96 billion) for North East Regions. The 2014–15 was the first budget of NDA Government presented by Shri Arun Jaitley, Honourable Finance Minister.2019–2020 Budget Estimates:India is currently the fastest growing major economy in world and the sixth largest economy, compared to 11th largest in 2013-14.India will be a US$ 5 trillion economy in the next five years and might become a US$ 10 trillion economy in the next eight years thereafter.Average inflation rate in the country has gone down drastically to 4.6 per cent in the current government’s tenure, lower than inflation under any other past government.Fiscal deficit of the Government of India is expected to be 3.4 per cent of the GDP for 2019-20 and 2018-19 (revised estimates). The 2019–20 interim budget was the last budget of the present Government and presented by Shri Piyush Goyal, Honourable Finance Minister. The interim budget for 2019–20 estimates are around ₹28 lac crores, which was about ₹18lac crores in 2014–15. The budgetary growth is about 155% of budget for 2014–15. So the Finance Minister's projection of India reaching ₹50lac crores during 2024–25 is on higher side. I make a conservative assessment that the country's economy may be of the order of ₹40 to 45 lac crores in 2024–25.The government has done well on inflation front. To its advantage oil prices were moderate. It has lot to achieve in agriculture sector and employment generation.https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&...

How many hours do top students study? I’ve read that Chinese students study 16 hours a day and MIT students sleep 3–4 hours a day to be as productive as possible. How does one maintain that?

In college, I encountered a rule of thumb: For every credit hour per week, you should be studying two to three hours outside of class per week. So for a 3 credit hour class, you will want to spend somewhere between six and nine hours of studying on your own.If you ask a teacher or professor how much their best students should study, very few will expect their students to be studying for long hours everyday. As a T.A. as a university, I can tell you that spending an hour of self-studying for every credit hour will put you ahead of a lot of your peers.Studying for long hours will often be necessary when you have an exam. But you don’t need to pull all-nighters to be a top student. Plus, psychologists say a healthy amount of sleep will actually help you retain the material! My best students are the ones who find time to complete portions of the assignment well before it’s due. “Studying all day” might mean going to class, reading 10 pages before lunch, doing a physics problem in between classes, and reviewing material at the end of the day. As some studies show, students who work in sprints of studying often perform very well. The hardest part can often be thinking of small things to do in order to fill your time during the day. A to do list item like “Write essay” is the kind of thing that will take long hours of work, but it can be broken into steps, like: write an outline, free write, revise your intro paragraph. I’m working on an app that will suggest ways to fit small tasks into your schedule to make progress on big projects. On 29 August 1947, the Constituent Assembly set up a Drafting Committee under the Chairmanship of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar to prepare a draft Constitution forIndia. While deliberating upon the draft Constitution, the assembly moved, discussed and disposed of as many as 2,473 amendments out of a total of 7,635 tabled. It was adopted by the Constituent Assembly on 26 November 1949, and came into effect on 26 January 1950.With its adoption, the Union of India became the modern and contemporary Republic of India replacing the Government of India Act, 1935 as the country's fundamental governing document. To ensure constitutional autochthony, the framers of the constitution repealed the prior Acts of the British Parliament via Article 395 of the constitution.India celebrates its coming into force on 26 January each year, as Republic Day.It declares India a sovereign, socialist, secular, democratic republic, assuring its citizens of justice, equality, and liberty, and endeavors to promote fraternity among them.
