What Should I Change About My Hairstyle Pls Help Gurls

Whats the emo hairstyle called? for girls... because i want to change my hair before the school starts...?

it's called scene hair.

anyway, you need to tease/back comb it. if you don't know how to do it, look it up on youtube. make sure you straighten your whole head of hair first, then afterwards, if the ends went a lil haywire, re-straighten them a lil. make sure all of the friz if underneath; like so you can't see it. you could either use a smoothing serum, or try & pat or down, or try & push it underneath. you'll also need to put a hella lot of hairspray on the puffy part to make it stay there. cause if you don't it'll de-puff within an hour.

also, print the pic out & take it to the hairdressers, if that's what you meant. then they can bleach&dye it or whatever you want.

Dance Recital hairstyle question for a quick change! PLEASE HELP ME QUICK?

First off, have ALL the hair items you are going to use out and ready for you to come in and put your hair up (and your costume) (Things that are good to have: hair gel, hair spray, a brush and comb, bobby pins, bun pins that are U shaped, elastics, . If your ponytail can just be put in a bun, like if there is a part on a certain side that can be kept in the bun, then for your first number just make sure all your hair is very secure in the ponytail (with gel on fly aways and and any bangs clipped back, and one to two elastics that are very secure), if this doesn't budge during the performance keep it in the ponytail then just twist your hair clockwise then wrap it clockwise into a bun, then place an elastic around that, then start placing bun pins in (I prefer the larger ones, and you should get/have bun pins not bobby pins since those don't really work well for buns), place them in a cross first, (it depends on how thick your hair is, and how long or how much hair you have too, and the size of your hair pins) and add more if needed, then take a hair net, and wrap it around the bun (depending on the size of the hair net) two to three times, then twist the end of it and twist it around the bun, (under it) , and then take another pin,( it could be a bobby pin, or a small bun pin,) and catch the end of the hair net and pin it down, then spray everything. If you have to redo the ponytail just try to do it super quick,
then put your hair up, don't sacrifice security of the bun, just to get it up in time because you don't want it coming out on stage.
Also practice a few times at home getting your hair from a pony to a bun, and set a 5-8 minute timer so simulate the amount of time you have, I can get my hair up in a bun in about 1-2 min, so with practice you should be able to change your hair quickly. 5 numbers isn't too bad, unless they are a minute or less each, so you should have enough time to do this, (lol one time i had 2 dances in between mine, that were the really young girls and not very long, and I had to go from braids to a bun and a tutu leo change, haha wasn't the most fun change lol)
this also shows how to make a bun, if you haven't made a lot of buns or would like to see someone do it or whatever, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oPnYSZ1-W...
I personally haven't put the hair net on before pinning it down so you can try it, just practice putting it up a few times before the performance! good luck at the recital too!

Why do black women always change their hairstyle?

Please don't take this the wrong way. I am white and I feel like, for the most part, white women keep their hair pretty much the same for a while. They might dye it or get a different cut but in general I think it stays the same.

However when I see black women, it seems they change it all the time. I know one girl who will put in a weave then the next week, cut it, then the next week it will be natural (very very curly) and then be wearing a wig. I've seen this with many black women and I am in the Army so I see it even more than, I think, most people. I'm just curious why that is?

I myself don't like changing my hair style because people always make comments about it and it makes me feel self-conscious but that can't be why.

I want to get side bangs but i cant change my hair style?

get a hair band, and a bobby pin. Part your hair at the side, and take the bobby pin, and hold the hair in the front with the pin just above your ear. then put the head band in to cover up the pin : )

What does constantly changing your hairstyle say about you psychologically?

There are two theories on this:

1: They are basically unhappy with themselves. These people are always looking to change something in their lives hoping that will improve their self perception. They need the attention that different hairstyles could give them.

2: They have self confidence and understand the thought that change is good. Their looks are unimportant to them so they do as they please, it does not change how they feel about themselves.

Take you pick.
