I gets many calls regarding jobs, who asks me to deposit some amount of money (1500-2500) for creating a referral before conduction of any interview. Are these reliable?

I guess, am qualified to answer this question as I have been through this desperate phase of “getting job at any cost” after my graduation.Get this, No genuine employer will offer you job without interview for some cheap money or whatever reason. If they are offering a direct job bypassing the interview and asking you to pay for that, its scam and STAY AWAY.I assume the calls you get are regarding job "interviews" in specific. There are some genuine consultancies or human resource organisations which really want to help aspirants to find Jobs they deserve. Such kinds don’t charge anything from candidates, because they will be getting paid by companies. So, if any person/org is asking money for arranging interviews again STAY AWAY.I did little search and found these links on internet. List of fraudulent consultancies / Agencies that you should be aware of.fake COMPANY & CONSULTANCIES- By IBM ,TCS&ACCENTUREfake consultanciesAlso, I strongly advise you to do your own research on the consultancy or agency you got the call from. Apparently, at any given metro city there are at least 50 scamster agencies waiting to con job seekers.While we are at it, I also want to warn you about fake certificate rackets. There are some agencies who offer fake work experience to candidates in exchange for hefty sum of money. There are lot of reasons why you should walk away from such offers. However I'd like to state just one major reason"It's an offence and the offender will end up jobless and will probably never find one in future also"These kind of offers are nothing but troubles disguised as opportunities. Some day they are gonna reveal themselves and cause you lot of painAcquire skills, prepare well for the interviews and earn your job. There are always opportunities for skilled and confident people.

What are all the possible job positions in a nursing home?

I'm looking for a job around my area. I'd like to call and ask if they're hiring before I go in and find out that they're not, but I'm not exactly sure what position I'd be asking about. Like, I've applied at plenty of nursing homes under the job title 'dietary assistant', but some nursing homes have similar jobs under the title of 'home maker'. So I'm wondering... what are all the positions in a nursing home?

Going anonymous for obvious reasons.Now coming to your question there is no scope in working in call centre or any job, I will make you understand in better wayLet us consider two persons Mr X a graduate from a tier 3 college and he got job in a call center with salary 10k per/month by working 8 hours dailyMr Y e discontinued his studies because of some family problems.[In society point of view Mr x is safe and secured and achieved something great in life]X got a little hike in salary which raised to 12k and he is securedY started a business of selling milk by selling his one and only propertyX got promotion and his salary got doubled to 24k by working 10hrs daily including sundaysY business get in to loss because of some poor managing skills ,then he learned from his past mistakes and by working 15hrs daily he again started his milk business again and started to earn bread for his familyX bought a new bike in loanY started to expand his busines all over the villageX switched to other company and got 50% hike in his salaryY cleared all his debt and able to provide all facilities to their famaliesX bought a new houseY bought a scooter in a single paymentX got marriedY also got married and enhanced his business all over the districtX and Y blessed with a child.X was suffering from financial crisis as he got a child and had to suffering from debts of house and unable to provide good facilities to childY purchased a new villa in a gated community and able to provide best facilities to their familyX is still doing his unsatisfied boring job By this real life incidents we can learn that there is no scope in doing call center or any kind of job. Why do BPOs have such a high rate of employee resignation that is almost 45 in 100 employees?

Some reasons for high attrition rates are1) Burnout and Growth Problems– Most of the times, the entry level job is quite monotonous, least creative and doesn’t challenge the intellectual skill. There is limited scope of growth both vertically or horizontally.Call center agents can become burned out when they perform the same tasks day after day, particularly if they’ve been with your company for many years. If you don’t cross-train agents or rotate their responsibilities, employees who crave some variety will start thinking about leaving. Lack of growth also contributes to rising attrition rates. Career prospects are not motivating enough. The jobs only require proficiency in language. BPO jobs don't offer much of “Personal Development”.2) Working in Shifts/Odd working hours is not very acceptable. There are health impacts3) Large number of hiring happens on contract basis4) BPO jobs are mostly open for graduates (in any discipline) or even HSC/SSC. The employees pursue career in BPO’s usually for short term. They later take up higher studies or take up a job in a completely different industry/factory.5) Work environment - Placement of employees in isolated work areas with little chance for interaction with co-workers can cause dissatisfaction.6) There are rules regarding breaks, lunch hours and average call time, regulations that are too stringent can drive away employees, particularly those accustomed to working in a more relaxed atmosphere.7) According to t XpertHR report conducted in the U.S.A “The risk of mental/ health problems is higher for call handlers and job-related well-being is lower compared to benchmark groups of employees in other occupations”

If I fail a job drug test, will they inform my parents?

I would think that they would just not hire you, with all the laws now about medical records and what can and cannot be disclosed, I think you are safe. Try to clean out your system prior to taking the test. check out the web, there are many good ways to prep for a drug test. Good luck!
