What Should I Do First Day Of Soccer Practice Have To Wake Up In 5 Hrs And Can

I am 14 and want to play professional football (soccer) in Spain, but I live in the USA. Is it too late?

You started playing futbol at age 13 in the US and want to make it to the professional league in Spain? I hate to disagree with other answers, but your chances are very, very slim. If I were you I'd really focus on my studies. It is true that you should never stop following your dreams, but if your dream has "always" been to be a professional player, I don't understand why you would start playing so late in your life. Kids in Spain (or Brazil) start playing when they are 5 or younger and spend hours a week. By the time they are 10, if they are good, they are likely already spending a few hours a day training. Kids join top clubs like Barcelona or Madrid before they are in their teens. As a matter of fact, Messi joined Barcelona when he was 13!Again, it is fine to continue pursuing your dream. But, please, please, do not put all your eggs on that basket. Unless you are an incredibly gifted athlete there are really no chances of you doing that. And, even if you are, you need to be extremely lucky.

How to wake up easier on school days?

I've figured out that if you just force yourself out of bed then you will wake up easier. Literally, you just have to jump out of bed. When I do that I feel so much more awake throughout the day.
The other thing you should do is drink plenty of water and eat breakfast. I know how you feel with the sports- I actually have soccer practice until 9:00 tonight.. if you drink water it gives you energy, same with food. You have to replenish the electrolytes that you loose through exercise.

Good luck. And even if you can't force yourself out of bed, make sure to eat and drink plenty! That will help with the exhaustion.

Is caffeine good before a football practice or game?

www.mamashealth.com/exercise/caf.asp

"Caffeine stimulates the central nervous system and can produce restlessness, headaches, and irritability. Caffeine also elevates your heart rate and blood pressure. Over the long-term as your body gets used to caffeine, it requires higher amounts to get the same effects. Certainly, having your body in a state of hormonal emergency all day long isn’t very healthy.

Caffeine is also a diuretic and causes a loss of fluid, which then leads to a dehydrating effect. This is obviously not conducive to fitness activities such as resistance training, as fluid is needed for the transfer of nutrients to facilitate muscular growth. It is also important when considering the further loss of fluid while exercising in hot environments. ."

Best sleeping/eating schedule for soccer daily doubles?

Hey guys,
so daily doubles for highschool soccer tryouts start tomorrow and I wanted to know what the best sleeping and eating schedule for those are? Like a complete scheldule for my day.
My first practice is at 6:30-8AM then I go again at 5:30-7PM. What time should I go to bed if I plan to wake up at 5:45AM? Is napping in between bad? If not when is the optimal time? When should I eat? And what's best to eat at those t different times? Any advice to optimize my recovery, ability and over all fitness this week would be greatly appreciated!

Only a few hours of or NO sleep at all. how can i stay awake in school tommorow and last through practice?!?!?

well i know i should be going to bed early and all that stuff but i cant. this is my first week back at school from christmas break so i am used to going to bed at like 6am and waking up at 6pm. yes i know, very unhealthy and now my eating/hunger patterns are off too. anyways its 3:30am right now (not tired at all) and i have school later today. i wake up at 7am and i need to last through school (starts at 9am), 3 tests, and soccer practice that doesn't end until 5:30pm. i have no more energy drinks because i drank them all trying to solve this problem the other day. would carrying a cup of ice water around to drink help? and btw i cant chew gum in class. teachers will not let you, stupid i know. i can drink or eat, they don't usually seem to care about that. anyways please help!! thanks :]]

What will happen to my body if I play football/soccer every day for 1 hour?

I used to do 2 hours of soccer 5 days/week during 16 years approximately. Some days intense (game days), other days more focused on recovery/tactics, and a couple of days to rest (it’s important to give proper rest to your body so you don’t get injuries). At the end it all depends of the intensity of your games but assuming that you’re giving all that you have in every game you’ll see good things happening in your body. You cardio will increase considerably in the first couple of weeks. If you do stretch exercises before/after the game, you’ll notice your improvement around the end of 3rd week. You’ll start getting lean, faster, stronger. Your legs and your butt will gain musculature (every part of your body actually, but you’ll notice more change in the legs and butt). You’ll sleep better at night. Your body metabolism would work like a swiss machine. You will eat more to be able to keep your body rhythm. My experience was with a proper team, with training sessions and a lot of sweat, but I’m sure you’ll get very similar results playing in a park with some friends, IF YOU GIVE ALL THAT YOU HAVE in every game. Don’t forget to do a proper warm up/stretch before the games, and stretch after. And let your body rest between days, just listen to your body, if you feel that you are too tired to play one day, just don’t do it or you can get an injury that will keep you out of the fields for at least 32 weeks.

How long did it take you to master juggling a soccer ball?

i'm kinda new to soccer and i am trying to juggly a soccer ball and it's already been a few days of practicing at least like 2 hours in total every day and i still can't even get to 4 consistently, there was one that i got to like 6 but that was only once and other than that i don't even think i've done anything over 4, so i'm just wondering how long it takes an average person. am i doing alright or am i learning really slowly?
