What Should I Do I Do To My Hair Today Bc I Have No Life And It Is Only About Having The Best Hair

Does having red hair make me unlikeable?

When I first clicked the question, I intended to reply, "No, but seeking validation from strangers on the internet might make say something about you! :D "

But, I see you have a deeper reason for asking. Hopefully, you can get over his rudeness & not allow one ignoramus to have such an impact on your self-esteem. How is he an ignoramus? Let me count the ways:

1. He is terribly shallow, passing judgement not even on an entire person's looks, but on one small attribute.

2. He clearly does not know how to handle a woman, or is getting his information on women from questionable sources.

3. He is apparently not prepared to take any responsibility for the way others respond to him. So, if you had said anything to him about his ignorance, he would probalby have dismissed it as 'redhead hot temper,' instead of learning something so he wouldn't make the same mistakes again.

4. He has no regard for the feelings of others. He's trying to tell you that 'people like you' are mean & hot-tempered?? And making you wonder whether you're ugly? Pathetic.

Anyway, since we all have our superficial moments; allow me to end on my own: I've always had a thing for redheads, and I know I'm not alone. Just more proof that you have no reason to be insecure simply due to your hair color. (I also think glasses are hot, so your avatar is just the kind of computer-generated representation that my avatar would like!) :P

I dyed my hair today and tomorrow I am going to the beach. Will the beach water take out the new hair color?

Hello,

As someone who has dyed her own hair or had it dyed regularly for the past 10 years AND lives in Long Beach I can tell you this.

YES absolutely, it will affect your color.

The elements always affect our hair color, even our natural hair, and the beach can be one of the harshest places because of the sand, salt in the water, and the constant sun exposure your hair will receive.

Since you're already going to the beach, I won't tell you not to go, go an enjoy it! BUT if you can use a conditioning sealant on your hair, something thick, it will help to use it, and if you don't mind not getting your head wet, then don't submerge your hair.

If you expose yourself to the salt, water, and sun so quickly after dying your hair, you might not see the change in your hair color right away, but it will contribute to the shine and the depth of the color fading quickly.

Honestly, although it's nice to have your hair color looking fresh and pretty, unless it was a super expensive or complicated dye job, you might as well enjoy the beach because you're already there. We beach bums spend so much time in the sand and surf anyway that our hair requires special care to begin with, it's just a fact of life. And honestly it's better to enjoy your time then to hide in from the fun for the sake of your hair!

Have a great time!

If i dye my hair today can i go swimming tomorrow?

It's actually a myth that dying your hair will turn it a different colour in the pool...well sort of.
It has nothing to do with the chemical dye reacting to the water, the fact of the matter is that all water contains trace amounts of heavy metals and if you have light hair (like blonde for a classic example) those metals will show up in the hair and they will appear green. But this would happen whether your hair was naturally light or whether it had been lightened artificially.

They advise you not to go swimming because it's a heck fo a strain on your hair to be exposed to dyes and sometimes bleaching and then to be put into either salty or chlorinated water which is either going to strip the oils chemically or naturally leaving the already stressed hair dry and brittle. After any chemical hair treatments the hair needs a chance to build up the protective oils once again and swimming strips them away.

I have been swimming pretty much all my life and I've done so with dyed and bleached hair. Dark hair will no outward change whether it's dyed or not, the metals in the water won't show and it won't appear green (or sometimes orange)
But if you have a light shade of hair (like blonde, red, sandy brown, white) or any colour that appears light then the chances are quite high that your hair will pick up the greenish metallic tint.

Either swim with a cap or make sure to condition your hair before you get in the water and then shampoo + condition it when you get out to try and coat it and protect it from picking up the copper in the water. There are special types of shampoos for swimmers which are made to combat the dreaded tint so you might want to have a look for one of those.

I am a 15 year old boy and my hairs are falling I am worried about it what should I do?

This is pretty much an ordinary condition to every males once they enter into puberty, and with very high probability, the major cause is due to the hydrated version of the testosterone (DHT) in your body. There is hardly any safe or easy way to escape from DHT-induced hair-loss.  But remember that hair-fall has to be controlled, even though it can't be avoided. The following steps helps to reduce hair fall:LEVEL-I: Give care for your hair1) Ensure that the hair-fall is not due to any other reason such as dandruff/chlorinated or poor quality water/pollution etc. You are the best person to diagnose this. If any of these is the reason, work out on this to avoid them.  2) Avoid using shampoos that has too much chemicals. It will  kill your hair, and accelerates hair-loss. Anti-dandruff shampoos can be used at times, if suffering from dandruff. 3) Massage hair using ayurvedic/herbal oils once in two days. Wash your hair at least once in two days, with good quality water.4) Do not always think of your hair/hairloss. Thoughts about hair-loss increases rate of hair-loss.5) Reduce the causes of tension in life.  Tension increases hair-loss rate. Give yourself time to exercise, sleep, and chill-out.LEVEL-II: Use biotin tablets6) Tablets that contains biotin such as Keraglo-men, which helps in hair growth can be used, if necessary.  This can improve your situation. These are just vitamin tablets, and have no side effects.LEVEL-III: Inhibit your hormones (not recommended)7) This is a hard step. Consult a hair specialist.  If you are having too much loss, then he might advice to use  Minoxidil-based oil on your scalp or give finasteride tablets. But I do not advice this method, as it creates very bad side effects.  Minoxidil is not a permanent solution to hairfall. Once you stop it, your hair will start to fall again.  Finasteride inhibits the DHT formation, which might affect many of your bodily functions. And also, you are too young for this.LEVEL-IV: Direct Hair Implant8) This is a bit costly, but much safer and effective way to hair-loss.  Hair cells from the scalp in the back side of your head is taken, and implanted to the positions in your head, affected by male pattern baldness. But you are too young for this. This is a close-to-permanent and very effective solution to hair-fall.Remember, there is always a solution if there is a problem. Cheer up and enjoy life.PS: The answer is primarily for males.

Can I dye my hair again 3 days later???

Okay, I have been blonde my whole life and I have always wanted to go darker, but I just couldn't ever bring myself to do it! After talking to my husband about it for a few months I finally decided that I was just going to do it! So, 3 days ago I dyed my hair, because it was the first time I had ever dyed my hair myself of course I missed some spots.. Nothing bad or really noticeable, but it bothers me. I went and got the same brand and same color today and I want to dye my hair again just to get it all the same color, but I'm not sure if that's okay. The box doesn't say anything about not being able to dye my hair again right away so, I'm not sure what to do. I asked a friend and she said that my hair might feel dry for a few days, but it should be fine. Do you think it's okay to dye my hair again today??

Why do I get made fun of for having red hair in school?

Darling Don't worry About It. The only reason they make fun Of You, is because they wish they had beautiful hair like you. You have to learn to be strong and ignore what [[Your Haters]] Say! And showing that You Care What they think Makes You A Target. You Shouldn't take your Life for Some Jerks That Have No Life And Don't Look At Their own Imperfections.

I am an Indian teen guy, and my hair is becoming white. What can I do to get rid of it?

I got my first white hair at age 15, so I think I have some idea how you feel. By the time I was 21 I had a fair number of white hairs scattered over the top of my head, where they were quite obvious to everyone, and over the years I got more and more. Now at age 58 the topmost layer of my hair is almost entirely white although I still have some black hairs underneath, especially at the back of my head. Here is what my hair looks like:If you have just a few white hairs you can ignore them (my college roommate plucked hers out with a tweezer, not recommended), but ultimately you have three choices: you can shave your head, you can dye your hair for the next 30-50 years, or you can accept and embrace your white hair.I began to dye my hair in my late 30s and continued for seven years. Eventually it just became such an annoyance that I decided I had to stop. When you dye your hair you have to start worrying about things like roots: how many weeks has it been since you applied dye? Are your roots showing? If I go on a business trip for two weeks do I need to move up my touchup schedule to attend to those roots before I go, or should I wait until afterwards and go on a business trip with white roots showing? Etc.Frankly I found it exhausting. I wanted to just live my life. But once you start dyeing your hair it is hard to stop. If you just stop cold you get a kind of skunk stripe down the top of your head as your roots grow out, and it takes months and months (if you keep your hair short) for the color to become even all over your head. What I did was go to a salon for "corrective color" - they bleached my hair thoroughly and then conditioned it and gave me blonde highlights. I lived with that for nine or ten months before my natural silver color grew out completely. So those are your choices. I recommend just letting it grow in and embracing it. White hair can be beautiful. I like mine a lot and I get a lot of compliments on it. Good luck!
