Help need advice for bff marriage!!?

It's hard, especially since you're so emotoinally involved. If she wants to do the right thing, the only way to do that is to avoid the other man. If he really cares about her, he'd understand and not insist that he can't live without her, thus giving her the guilt trip. If her husband is treating her like a dog, it might be that he realizes what's going on with her and that someone else.

My advice to her would be to make up her mind about what will work for her. If she wants to be with the Father of the kids for their sake, then she needs to get out of the other relationship or at least put it on hold for a little while. If she wants her children to see her in a good relationship with this other man, she would need to dump her husband and go with the new guy.

There is no easy answer here--that's the toughest part. But any decision that is made has to be made 100%. She can't just keep leading both of them on and think that things will work out in the end for her. It's impossible because the human heart can only be torn so much!

I can't get a girlfriend. Anyone have any advice. ?

I can't get a girlfriend. I'm so depressed. First off, I don't like going to clubs or bars to meet women, so I don't even know any casual places to meet new women. Secondly all the girls I've ever wanted don't want me, and all the girls that want me, I'm not really interested in. The women I find attractive don't seem to find me attractive, they think I'm too short and skinny. I'm only 5'7 and weigh 135 lbs. I'm not looking for love, I just want a companion that I'm attracted to physically and mentally. Ugh, I feel pathetic on here asking this question. I used to be really confident, because I used to be able to get almost any woman I wanted, when I weighed 155 and was lifting weights. But I screwed up a good relationship, and lost all my muscle, and none of the women I find attractive find me attractive. It's so depressing being short, I think I wouldn't mind being short if I was back up to 155 or 160 and had some muscle, but I'm skinny on top of being short, and women find that less attractive than fat men. I don't know what to do, I have a good personality, and an awesome sense of humor, but women seem to like muscly tough guys with a bad attitude, and I'm not muscly or tough, or have a bad attitude, I have a sad attitude right now but it's because I'm so lonely, and women don't like that either. I guess I'll have to settle for someone I'm not attracted to, because it seems that's all I can get. Do I have to really eat 5000 calories a day, and lift weights 3 times a week to attract a woman I like, because my metabolism is so high, I have to eat more food than overweight people eat, just to gain a little bit of weight. here's my picture, you can't really tell how skinny I am in it though. http://s437.photobucket.com/albums/qq95/kctocho/?action=view¤t=k613.jpg

I cant stay up late because of my brother, Need Advice.?

Me and my brother share a room together. He's 12, I'm 14. On school days in the morning I always wake up perfectly and fast and get ready while he just lies in bed tired and sometimes almost misses the bus. My parents are fine with me staying up later before going to bed because I can handle that amount of sleep, but on the other hand my parents want my brother getting more sleep because he doesn't wake up as well. My parents put us both to bed at the same time because If i were to stay up late I would disturb him while he was sleeping due to TV, computer, etc. How can i get my parents to let me stay up late while he goes to bed early.

I need advice for healthy ways to get toned (everywhere)?

Eat whole, naturally occuring foods. Nothing processed, packaged or anything with added sugar, salt, artificial sweetners or preservatives.

You must excersie as well. I highly recomend Interval Training. It is very similar to circuit training. It combines cardio(for fat burning) and resistance training(for building lean muscle tissue) into one workout. These are very fast and effective workouts that don't have you spending hours in the gym. Most of them you can do at home! No fancy equip-ment needed.

For example, pick 6 exercises. Complete each one for 30 seconds without rest in between. That equals 1 round. After each round rest 60-90 seconds then repeat whole circuit 3-5 more times. I like to do a bodyweight circuit(no added weights, just your bodyweight used as resistance) => squats, push-ups, planks, lunges, pull-ups & mountain climbers. Three rounds of those 6 exercises is an AWESOME workout and it only takes me 12 minutes!!!!

Why can't I have an orgasm or get/stayed turned on? females preferred.?

Hi I'm a 19 year old female and am beginning to wonder if something is wrong with me. It's a little embarassing to talk about, and none of my female friends seem to have this same problem.

I've only ever had one orgasm during sex when the guy was on top. It's a little easier when I'm on top, but not by much. And I can only reach orgasm by rubbing myself/against the person I'm with in a certain way, but never from internal stimulation. And no one else has ever been able to give me an orgasm that way. I just kind of get... irritated almost. I've tried finding my g-spot, and I guess I can't. I sometimes just get this feeling like I have to pee?

Also, I have a hard time actually getting turned on. And when I do, I have a hard time STAYING turned on. And it's not my current boyfriends fault. It's been like this with no matter who I've been with. I've always had this problem and like I said, I'm really beginning to wonder if something is wrong with me...

I've tried looking it up, and I've tried asking a couple people, but mostly I just get told to "find the gspot," "get a different partner," or that they've never had this problem...

You could have Delayed Sleep Phase Disorder. Your best bet is to try and reset your circadian rhythm every day. First, to get your desired bedtime, go to bed 2 hours later on successive nights until you're at the desired time. Say, 10 PM. If you're currently going to bed at 3 AM, that will take 10 days to achieve. Once at 10 PM, do the following to stay there:1) take 0.5 mg of melatonin 4-5 hours before bedtime. More is not better. At bedtime is worse. 2) get up a 6 AM every day. Your body will want to fall asleep again 16 hours later (or 10 PM). 3) in the morning, use a blue light for 45 minutes while getting ready. This (and #1) help to reset your circadian clock. In the evening, avoid bright lights - which means no computer or phone use after 9 PM (at the latest), as staring at a screen is essentially staring straight into a light source.Some drugs can be helpful if you have trouble with sleepiness during the day - namely, Modafinil. This drug takes away the "sleepy feeling" but is not a stimulant. You will have to adjust your caffeine intake according to how it affects you. Best is none. Otherwise, none after 5 PM (or earlier, depending on how it affects your sleep onset).
