What Should I Do If I Lost My Cell Phone It Might Be Out Of Battery And It Has No Possible

If you take the battery outof your cell phone.... do you lose all your data?

my cell phone is the sprint samsung seek. and want to take the battery out because im curious. so.. will my data go away?

this is not a troll question! i aint trolling

Why does my cell phone keep losing battery so fast?

This always happens to me, I realize that my bluetooth is on, and it takes a lot of battery service. If you had your phone for over a year and a half, you are highly recommended to have a new battery, due to the the lithuim or whatever has run out, so all you need is a new battery, and turn off your bluetooth if necessary and that's all ;) Hope it works out!

My phone battery is dead ( 0% ), can the police still track my phone?

Some (or all) of the other answers may have been provided before the “0%” was specified? The answer is clearly a no. If your phone has no power, it is simply a dead thing in your pocket - it does nothing.Tracing cell phones are done by either intercepting the GPS signal that modern phones may transmit, or by triangulating the position of the phone when it communicates with cell towers. If the phone’s battery is completely drained, it will not try to communicate with towers, or transmit any kind of other signal. As one of the other answers say - a phone that is merely “turned off” is not the same. Some phones can be remotely activated, and some may even try to communicate with towers, despite being in a “sleep” mode.

Can my cell phone be found if the battery is dead?

Hi, Unfortunately there is nothing technically that you can employ to find your phone. For any tracking service to work your device must be switched on and able to receive WiFi/Mobile Data and GPS location data. You said you have looked everywhere, I would say that unless it's been stolen you haven't looked everywhere. Sit down and write a timeline of your day, where you went, who you interacted with. Visit all the shops and restaurants and ask if a phone has been handed in, visit the local police station and ask. If you were using public transport then contact them. If you believe that it's been lost at home then you have to systematically search it. There are only so many places where it can be in your home. Go through every part of every room, pull out furniture check down the back of sofa's. It may be that it has found its way into the rubbish bin, Unfortunately if it's been emptied then you have no way of finding out. You also have to be prepared to accept that it's proper lost, or someone has found it (and may not know how to find you) or Unfortunately someone may have intended to steal it. In the future you should always try to keep your battery fully charged (min 20%). Turn location services on. Register your device with your Google Account. Peace ✌

Is it possible for an APC (backup battery) to freeze a computer at random?

A while ago, I was having issues with my desktop computer randomly freezing. About a year and a half ago, a drink was spilled, some got on the RAM. Since then, I have replaced all 4 RAM chips and the PC has frozen like 4 or 5 times at random since then.

That drink also spilled into the APC that the computer is plugged into. It's working fine for now, and every now and then the APC will make that clicking sound as if the power is out, but you won't hear the fan turn on.

I was just wondering if the APC got screwed up, could that be a possibility of why my PC randomly freezes? My next shot is to replace the C:\ drive, but in the last five days, the computer has NOT frozen.

If you can contribute a helpful answer, by all means, any advice will help.

I know I should probably replace the APC as well. Just short on funds atm.

My cell phone says "Stop Not Charging" what can I do to fix this?

I have a Nokia 1600B which I had lost the charger for, but finally bought a universal adapter after weeks of sitting around.(It's prepaid from Net 10). When I plugged it in initially it would turn on but turn off immediately making this beeping sound with the picture of the battery but not recharging and a weird beep sound. The cell phone was completely dead for weeks and the initial charge would turn it on but it turned off immediately. However, I got lucky after doing this a few times and I got it to charge for 20 minutes and then it had "Stop Not Charging", later i got it to work again charging the battery but only for an hour and a half. I cleaned out the battery connections with alcohol and a q-tip. Opened it up made sure there wasn't moisture or dust. Does anyone know if there's anything I can do other than buying a new battery and charger?

If my husbands cellphone had no signal would'nt it go straight to voicemail?

I have been with my hubby 4 years and have no reason not to trust him however the other day he went fishing with his usual "fishing partners" and he was out late which is normal for them. However when I went to call him on his cell,it would ring 4 times then go to voicemail.I did this repeatedly the whole night because I didnt know what to think, and still just 4 rings then voicemail!?When he arrived home he said his cell had no signal where they were fishing at,but I always thought when a cell has no signal it goes straight to voicemail with no rings am I right?Or is it possible what hes saying?

How do I locate my phone if it is turned off?

Firstly, the telecom companies that uses the IVR service (a lady that tells you the phone is switched off) has a bug at most times. If the sim card number you are trying to reach is NOT in the phone the IVR should say that the number is unreachable. And if the sim card is present in the phone but the phone is switched off only then it should say that it is switched off.The bug, at most times, tells you that the number is switched off even when the sim card is not in the phone..So to answer your question, the mobile phone can only be located when the sim card is in the phone. And unless you have a professional tracking software, you need the police and their tracking service to do that. Apart from iPhone though which has the ‘Find my Phone’ service which can be used by using any other iPhone to find your missing one.In case you have your phone with you :

Can I track a cellphone even if the location is turned off?

If a phone is "switched off" it is actually in a sleep or standby mode (that's how the button wakes it up) so it is not actually offBetter would be airplane mode with radio turned off. The the obvious answer is "no radio = no trace"But it is conceivably there are "trap doors" or "spyware" that could still record voices and transmit location if required. This wouldn't be a normal thing; it wouldn't be obvious - but only a fool would say NSA & GCHQ can't do it.People who scared of being monitored will take the battery out of their phone (tricky with iPHONE... make sure it is very, very flat) and then put it in the fridge. And then go somewhere else, leaving it there.
