What Should I Drink/eat When I Want To Get In Great Shape And What Should I Avoid

How can I avoid the freshman 15?"?

1) Don't be afraid of gaining weight
2) Work out and watch what you eat. While at home you didn't have dessert or mass quantities available, you will not.
3) Eat with other people--you'll be more careful about what you eat
4) Don't eat quickly and stay away from late-night snacks
5) Don't have many munchies in your room other than fruit and veggies
6) Don't forbid yourself things you love. Just ask yourself, "do I really need a whole piece of cake?" or "do I need this EVERY night?" --I went to a school famous for their ice cream. It was so tempting and so delicious.
7) Exercise--walk with other people, go to the gym, go to the pool, etc. -- you can even form an exercise group if you like
8) Don't wait until you're starving to eat. You're going to eat quickly and eat more.
9) Rule: if it doesn't good after two bites, it's not going to be worth finishing

How to stop eating when I'm bored?

I do too!

what i do is i drink a lot of milk or water instead of eat.
also, chewing gum keeps me from eating too much- and it kinda cleans your teeth too :D

Drinks I should avoid with braces?

The cement under your brackets is going to preserve the color of your tooth directly under the bracket as they are now. Drinking staining liquids may increase the chance that you'll have white spots on the fronts of your teeth when your braces are removed.

If you really want to get worried about it, don't drink coffee or drinks with coloring in them (nearly all sodas and man-made drinks), avoid foods and candies with lots of food coloring, don't smoke, and always brush twice per day.

Alcoholic drinks like beer or hard liquor won't stain, but i can imagine that red wines could. 15 year olds in my country aren't permitted to drink however.

No liquids are going to be able to damage your brackets (at least no liquids fit for human consumption).

How can a weak, skinny girl get in shape?

I'm 14, 5 foot and about 83 lb. I want to get in shape, but I can't afford to lose weight, I'm already way too thin. However, all the lose no weight yet get buff regimes are things like chin-ups, when to this day I can't crank out one push-up. How can I get in shape?

Should I totally avoid eating rice to lose weight even though rice is the staple food in my country?

From my personal experience: Yes, it helps a lot. But you need not totally forgo rice, unless you want to fit into a wedding dress in a few weeks time or something of that sort.Last May I learned I was bordering hypertension and sugar levels are not too good either for someone who turned 28. I was nearly 96 Kgs, while my ideal weight should be no more than 70. I did gym for two months with a personal trainer with no benefits at all. Then my focus came to my food habit.Being a Bengali, I lived on rice. All the dishes we have are cooked specifically to be eaten with rice. I used to have rice twice a day, at least three plates each time. This had to stop. So, here is my greatest realization. Stop eating with hands. I realised a plate of rice lasted 2-3 minutes if I was eating with my hands. I have a habit of watching something while eating, so plates and plates of rice would disappear before I felt full. Once I started with a spoon, I could not eat as fast and it significantly reduced my intake.Of course there are other factors involved. I stopped all sugary drinks, snacks etc. I also ate brown rice (less tasty, less intake). I often visit this south Indian vegetarian spot near my work and order a thali. I only eat half the provided rice, and slowly. These small changes can significantly impact your diet. I also recommend a calorie counter to keep track of your daily intake. Simplest of the rules, if you burn more than you take, you will lose weight, and you do not have to stop rice totally at all.(I am 88 now, went down to 86 and gained some back after a trip back home. Targeting to reach 80 before my mom comes to visit me in four months, I will eat rice as much as I want throughout her stay)

Can I drink beer, eat a lot of fast food and still have six pack?

LMFAO!!!Can I drink beer and eat a lot of fast foods and still have abs? Don't we all!!!First lets talk about beer or just alcohol in general. You can drink all the alcohol in the world and not get fat directly from alcohol. The body does not store calories from alcohol, so alcohol on its own will not hurt your abs. It's all the shit you eat during you beer binging days that really do a number on you. Now can you eat lots of fast food and still keep your abs? Well this is a bit more tricky. Technically you could eat all you want as long as you burning all the calories you are eating. Personally I like Five Guys, and when I was eating them, I was able to put down 2 doubles with no issue at least ones a week and still keep my abs. I stopped eating fast foods because they still use Trans Fats on their foods and Trans fats kill, no matter how much you workout. Besides the Trans fat, fast foods have everything you need to build muscles. I can't wait until the day that all fast foods company are require to take Trans fats out of their foods by law. I will be the first one back in line trying to get me 2 doubles from Five Guys. To answer you question as long as you are not eating more calories than what you are burning in a daily basis, you should be able to eat whatever you want. My diet includes everything I like to eat, just as long as it fits my macros. And I think I look just fine!
