Missed his call, what should I say back in a message???
So I met this cop the other day when I backed into a landscape truck, and he helped me out and was flirting with me alot, so we got each other's numbers. Well I really like him, and he called me 2 days later( which is last night) and I missed his call. Should I call him back today on my lunch break or after work around 5ish? I don't want to seem like a stalker, is noon too early? And what should I say in a message to him if I have to leave a voicemail?? Normally I'm good at this kinda stuff but I really like him alot and don't wanna screw it up...

About a week ago I sent a message to the girl I like just saying hello and who it was.she has not replied she hasn't even seen it. Should I send another message? What should I say? I have a strong feeling this girl likes me and I can't go and talk to her in person because school has finished for the year. My ex broke up with me a month ago and it was completely unexpected for me, i didn't see it coming at all. He hasn't said one word to me since the break up. This has made it really hard for me to get over him because I didn't have any closer, and any time to get over him. I made it a point to Not message him at all. If he wanted to talk to me he'd have to do it on his own and when he'd be ready. But clearly he doesn't care because he never said anything... I admit that deep down I do have some feelings for him, but I know I would Never go back to him. No one who treats me like that deserves me back. But I really just want to be friends because what we had was a beautiful thing. I just want him to want to talk to me I wanted to message him today but what should I say? should I just say "hey how are you" or something else? Im sooo confused :'( its making me so sad. I really loved him and it hurts to think he didn't love me the same Please help :( any advice would be amazing
Is it wrong to say on your outgoing message that you will call them back at your earliest convenience? Isn't that backwards and kind of rude?
