Well, you could if you want your face to still look flawless after you get out of the water lol:) But i suggest using waterproof makeup because otherwise, the mess it creates on your face is horribleee. Use primer on your face before putting on foundation so that the makeup won't run. If you use waterproof makeup, I think you'll be good to go! :-) Have fun!

Tomorrow I'm going to my friend's house from 6-10pm. There is going to be a bonfire and we may or may not swim. He told us to bring our swimsuits. My problem is I have no clue what to wear, how to do my hair, or how I should do my makeup. I'm a 15 year old female. It's a pretty small party, it'll just be six of us there. I have pretty long, straight, dark hair (almost to my butt), I'm an Asian girl, I have monoxide, I'm 5'4", and I have a normal build. Any suggestions? Thanks you all so much!

You may then also want to wear a robe over those clothing items. You will then be ready for any circumstance. You can go swimming in your bathing suit, you can have casual clothing over the bathing suit suitable for socializing and you have a robe to wear back to your room if you are wet.
First high school pool party what should I wear?
Aww. How cute. Well, knowing if you're a boy or a girl would be nice. But I'm going to assume you're a girl, because guys just throw on a tee shirt over their swim trunks and they're good. You can wear pretty much whatever you want. You'll be in the water most of the time, anyway, so it doesn't matter much. People will probably only see it when you're arriving and going home. Make sure you're comfortable and confident. Make it something you wouldn't mind getting a little pool water on, and something that's quick to take off. I'd go with either a light and casual sundress or shorts and a tank top. Have shoes that are easy to remove and won't get damp when you put your wet feet in them later, like flip flops. Swim suits are nice because you can wear pretty much anything over them, and it's not considered as slutty as if you did it wearing only a bra. Like, a see-through shirt would be fine over a swim suit. A little tip: If you start to feel nervous, the second you arrive, go out to the pool, tear off your clothes, and jump in as fast as you can. Like ripping off a band-aid. The transition of removing your clothes and getting in the water can be a bit awkward in some situations, so if you just do it really fast, then you don't have to worry about it.
