How do I watch anime without my parents finding out?
Lying. A lot of lying. As terrible as that may sound, it's really your best option if you're serious about this. If you want to get a manga from a library, you can read at the library, or if it's possible for you, you could check out two books and hide the manga inside the other book (that's impossible if they can see what books you check out though). For anime, find any time where your parents are busy or out and watch away, but be cautious as well. If you want to do anything anime related on your phone, find convenient corners and walls to lean against and try not to act suspicious, but if anyone you don't want to see comes by, you better have quick reflexes in clicking away from the page. If you use a computer, find times when no one is around and use incognito/private browsing or delete your history constantly. If your parents check your history, have another window open with some normal videos that you change at a constant rate. If your parents ask what you're doing, have excuses ready and say them like they're the truth so you don't sound suspicious. It's nice to have something like a code word for this. For example, if they ask you what you're looking at on your phone and your doing something anime related, you could say "I'm just on Facebook". So when you say you're looking at Facebook, in your head you know "Facebook" in this situation refers to anime. This is good, because it starts to become a reflex, so it sounds more natural. Basically, you have to hide everything you do, no matter how bad or disrespectful you feel. It sounds harsh, but it's the truth if you REALLY don't want your parents to know or can't discuss this with them. (as a sidenote, if you have anyone to rely on, like your siblings, please do. It will take off a load of stress for you)
