It's a really great site. http://www.justdubs.net/ is an anime site that has only dubbed anime (hence the name). They have a wide selection of anime and is an excellent site. http://www.animehere.com/anime-list.html has a wide variety of anime shows and movies. I recommend you try it.

go to veoh. google partnered up with youtube though... so most of google's video is in youtube. they have full length videos instead of part episodes. oh, in my opinion the quality of veoh's videos are better than youtube.
