How long are hollister size 3 (short) jeans?
Your best bet is to go in a try them on. I had the same problem when I was looking for slacks and I couldn't find the measurements. I even tries called the company headquarters and they couldn't give me any information. If you're 5'3, the short should fit fine. If not, you can always return/exchange them for a regular. But I'm sure they should fit. I have a friend who's 5'3 and also wears the short.

You'll be a 5. A 4 in AE is a 27in waist and a 5 in Hollister is a 27in waist as well. Whoever said 6 is wrong... there's no 6 in Hollister, because they go by odd numbers. The reason for that is Hollister is for teens, so for teen girls' jeans go by odd number. AE are for adults, so for women's jeans it goes by even numbers. I don't buy AE jeans. I only buy Hollister, A&F, and Levi's. Hollister and Levi's(in the juniors' section)- I'm a size 3, or sometimes a 5. In A&F (it goes by adults sizing)- I'm a 0 or sometimes a 2.

I want to order some denim shorts online from Hollister and I wasn't really sure about the sizing, i know there is a chart, but when I measured my hips it came out as being like a size 1 and I am sure that isn't right because I'm not that skinny, and i know Hollister is known to run small, so any help? Your size would be 7-9S. S stands for short. We don't usually carry short in sizes other than 0, 00, and 1. 5'1 isn't way short, my sister is 5'2 and wears the regular. Probably a 0. They run pretty small. I'm the same size as you!! Size 3 & I wear 26 in forever 21 jeans. Idk about my hip size though. I have some hollister shorts that are size 0 and fit perfectly. When I tried on a size 3 and saw how loose they were I was like omggggg did I loose a bunch of weight?! But all of my jeans fit me perfectly. so when I tried the 0 it fit perfectly and thought hm it's probably just their sizing?

AE jeans stretch a lot. if you can go down a size and still fit them, do it.. because theyll fit perfectly by the time you go out at night (or wear them the second time around). as for hollister jeans, they run on junior sizes, which are cut differently.. not just smaller. if youre a 12 in AE youre probably an 11 at hollister, but you could even be a 9. ps AE jeans are $10 off right now ;)
