What Song Sung By A Female Artist Has The Lyrics

Do you know of a Christian female artist who has a song with "castles in the sky" in the lyrics?

Ian Van Dahl - Castles In the Sky (maybe?)

Do you ever question your life,
Do you ever wonder why?
Do you ever see in your dreams,
All the castles in the sky.

Oh tell me why, do we build castles in the sky
Oh tell me why, all the castles way up high,
Please tell me why, do we build castles in the sky
Oh tell me why, all the castles way up high.

Do you ever question your life,
Do you ever wonder why?
Do you ever see in your dreams,
All the castles in the sky?

Oh tell me why, do we build castles in the sky
Oh tell me why, all the castles way up high,
Please tell why, do we build castles in the sky,
Oh tell me why, all the castles way up high.

What 50-60's song by a female solo artist has lyrics about a little bird flying away?

Someone below has answered the question... It is, in fact Songbird that we were trying to find... And Loretta Lynn is the artist that we remember singing it... Thank you, everyone!

Looking for a 90's song by female artist with accent, know some lyrics but never can find song...help?

the lyrics go something like this... "and who will be your sanctuary, and slay your vampires in the night, who will shelter you and be your guardian angel" it is a mellow sort of song from what i can remember.

A song by a female artist, says "i'm sorry, so sorry"?

It went, "I'm Sorry, So sorry"
and it was very slow, a female artist. It wasnt Brenda Lee, or Jem. The song was very pretty sounding.
One of the lyrics went something like "You take my wrists, ..."
it was a beatiful song, but I don't know the title so I can buy it. Please help me. =]

What is the 80's song, female lead singer, with lyrics I'm never gonna let you go, don't gooooo?

It was definitely a female lead singer, and the song sounded more 80's because it doesn't sound like a 90's song.
When she sings this part of the chorus the don't go is extended. I don't know if they're the correct lyrics but the end of the chorus goes something like this:
I'm never going to let you go, don't goooo
She's not a black singer, she kind of sounds like annie lennox, but it's more like a band

What female artist sings a song with the words what goes around comes around?

I heard a song on a French Radio station as well as an Israeli radio station and there is this song with a female singer and it has a sad voice. This song would have come out in 98 or 99. It's not What Goes Around Comes Around but the What Goes around comes around it part of the lyric. It could be a male artist for all I know. It's not a hip hop song more like a pop song.

Jazz song sung by female vocalist containing the lyric, "...she-baba, she-baba, chihuahua..."?

The vocalist sounds a bit like Ella Fitzgerald, and the song opens with what I believe is, "Many years ago I owned a rental... (and later moves into the chorus which, phonetically, sounds like) ...She-baba, she-baba, chihuahua...in tre-Lowa, roombala boomba..." I've tried searching for these lyrics, but, obviously, I wouldn't have any luck, as I don't know how to spell them. I know it's not much to work with, but I would owe my life to anyone who could name this song/artist!

Why is the song "Teri Deewani" sung in a male voice if the lyrics clearly suggest it’s entirely from a woman's point of view?

Teri deewani song is not a love song but actually it is by Meera or any other admirers to lord Krishna! And so the song is sung by male to make it all inclusiveAlso a additional information, “Dilruba-mai toh Tere pyaar me Deewana hogaya” is male counterpart of same song!
