What Startup Programs From The Task Manager Can I Disable In Windows 8.1

Can i/should i disable these Startup programs?

- NVIDIA GeForce Experience (this is not the actual driver, right?)
- Realtek HD Audio Manager (if i disable it, am i going to have sound issues?)
- Delayed launcher (what is this?)
- GrooveMonitor Utility (what is this?)
- SBSV 2010/02/19 (What is this?)
- Adobe CS5.5 Service Manager (do i need this?)
- Java platform SE Auto Updater (what is this?)
- Acrobat assistant 8.0 (do i need this?)

The other day i used the Avast Driver Updater, it showed me that i have over 20 missing drivers, so i just click for Avast to automatically download and install them, but since then, my Windows 7 has been very slow to start, it's always been kind of slow, but now it's very slow, it takes about 15 minutes.

I feel like there is some issue with the drivers, could there be some overlapping? I wanna try disabling these startup programs first, but i don't know which one do i need. I don't use my computer for gaming or anything like that.

By the way, i have a bunch of other disabled startup programs like - browser puglin helper, IAStorIcon, SynTPench and few others. Do i need these programs, and if not, can i just delete them?

Right then you dodgy downloaders :P
The error is caused by a previous WAT removal!
to fix follow Harish L guidlines but with a bit of editing.

Step 1 : go to system32 subfolder in Windows folder (typically C:\Windows\System32)

Step 2 : Find the Windows.UI.Immersive.dll,check for Date Created attribute(if it is in October 2012,you may have to replace with the recent one)

Step 3 : Goto WinSxS subfolder in Windows folder, search for Windows.UI.Immersive.dll(which is newer version) ](i found it inC:\Windows\WinSxS\x86_microsoft-window...

Step 4: Replace the older file with the newer one in system32 folder

Step 5: instead of going into the WAT folder in C:/ as Harish sugested open taskmanager (ctrl alt del) hit file start new task, start the regisrty editor by typing regedit and hit enter, navigate to hkey_local_machine/software/microsoft/wi... NT/currentVersion/schedule/taskcache/tas... and find the task for "Windows Activation Technologies" it was {1F6740AB-1107-454B-B549-4F100CC13B2A} on my system, Delete the whole folder.
