What Suv Do You Recommend Under 40k

What is the best SUV or minivan under $40k?

My biased opinion of the best SUV in the 30–40K range would be a certified pre-owned Mercedes Benz GL 350 BlueTec turbo diesel 3.0L V6, if you can find one. It has exceptional gas mileage for a 3 ton vehicle, 21mpg on the highway. If diesel isn't available, the GL550/450 could impress you with their 5.5L/4.7L gas V8s I'm sure. Seats 7 people comfortably. Leather interior is standard.}My next option would be a 2012+ Honda Odyssey. I don't think they are the most stylish, however, I can overlook that with the overall reliability and plush ride it is. More cargo space than the GL Mercedes, and seats 7 comfortably. Leather interior is optional.Don't need that much SUV or space?}Can't go wrong with a certified pre owned BMW x5 or Mercedes Benz ML350 4matic.Both seat 5, handle very well, have plenty of power, and look sporty enough to have that “feel good factor.”My only other consideration, which would certainly satisfy, would be a low mileage, certified pre owned Mercedes Benz R320 CDI diesel V6/R500 gas V8. Again, I prefer the diesel because it's more efficient, has gobs of torque, and is presently cheaper to fill up! However the R500 trim is more fun to listen to when you're in a hurry. Both Seat 6 full sized adult men very comfortably.

I get a salary of 40k per month and I don't have any commitments. Will it be possible for me to buy a car?

You can buy a car at almost any salary. The key questions here are:Which car do you want to buy? When do you want to buy that car?To start off, start saving towards that goal. At your salary, if you are saving 10–15K a month, you can save up for a down payment of 90K-1L in 6 months. You can also get a loan of 5 Lakhs @10% interest - your EMI[1] would be 10.6K per month. You can possibly target buying a car around 6–7 lakhs (You can explore them here) - you will typically get a Punto, Polo, Abarth, Amaze kind of car in this budget.Do note your total outflow would be close to 9 Lakhs! Depending on the car you pick!In case you want a better car, a proper sedan or an SUV, we are talking Scorpio S4, Eco Sport, BR-V, Linea, Terrano, Verna, you will need to wait a little. Let me give you a bonus trick, get these car at 6 lakhs! A cool 40% lesser!!!All you need to do is invest 10k per month in a good fund for a period of 5 years. This fund is not even in the top 100 best performing funds in the market - but as you can see - you can get 9.9Lakhs by investing 10,624 p.m. for 5 years! As they say, good things come to those who are willing to wait. Be patient and invest regularly. Drive a much better car!Footnotes[1] EMI Calculator Online: Calculate EMI for Multiple Loans

In Warhammer 40k tabletop how do you fire on vehicles? The stats on vehicles are odd and the AP confuses me...?

I'm new to warhammer 40k tabletop but I still know most of the rules, but firing on vehicles is super confusing to me, even though I understand most of the rules for firing and wounding I can't seem to get how to hit a vehicle. Will someone please explain to me the firing sequence of firing at vehicles such as dreadnoughts, because I don't get the whole front, side and rear armor thing and where the AP of a weapon comes into play, someone please help me!!!

In Warhammer 40k how do you know how many shots you can take with each model?

Each model may shoot ONE weapon ONCE.

That's the simple answer.

However, each weapon has a unique statline, that includes the number of dice you roll for each shot. So an "Assault 2" weapon, for example is fired once, but you roll 2 dice. A "Heavy 3" weapon means you roll 3 dice. You score a hit for each successful dice roll.

Rapid Fire weapons are a constant source of confusion, even though it's really pretty simple. If you shoot up to half the weapon's range, you can roll two dice. If you shoot between half the range and the full range, you can roll one.

Vehicles - such as dreadnoughts - are a further complication, as the number of weapons they can shoot depends upon how far they have moved. Refer to your rulebook for details.

You cannot shoot in the Assault phase. No, not even with an "Assault" weapon.

2014 Hyundai Sonata Limited or 2014 Mercedes CLA 250?

I'm looking at buying a new car within the next month and trying to figure out what would be best for me. I had my mind set on the new Hyundai Sonata Limited until I saw the new Mercedes CLA 250. Money is not an issue, but would like to stay under 40k which both cars are. I'm starting a new high profile job in the beginning of the new year and want a good looking, good performing new car. I'm thinking the Mercedes would turn more heads and be more impressive, but I have some pros and cons for each car.

Hyundai pros:
Roomy
Nice design and interior
Good mpg
Big trunk
Great safety ratings
Made in america (Montgomery, Alabama)
Has all the features I'm looking for and costs come out to about 30k even.
Cons:
This car is everywhere (not sure if the limited is, not looking close enough but I see Sonatas all over)

Mercedes pros:
Beautiful looking car
Even better MPG then the Hyundai
stunning interior
Good safety ratings
Not as many people will be seen in this car
With all the options I want, car comes to just a little over 36k

Cons:
Not as much room in back seat for passengers
Small trunk
More expensive to upkeep and fix??? (Not sure about this, any info would be helpful)

Should I go with the seemingly more safe pick (Hyundai) or more adventurous pick (Mercedes)?
Any other cars should I take a look at? Any advice, reviews, tips for either car would be great!
Thanks :)

Any suggestions on a good SUV to purchase? And no Ford Exploders please!?

I am looking at suvs because I need something for 2 adults, a teenager and two toddlers. (for the person asking why buy an suv) Most cars won't accomodate a larger family.

Can Warhammer 40k vehicles assault?

First things first: yes, *some* vehicles can assault. Vehicles with a statline that includes Weapon Skill (WS) can move in the Assault phase and can be Assaulted by enemy units. Thus, they can also be "Locked" in combat. Such vehicles are usually Walkers, but there are some exceptions, like the Dark Eldar Talos. These vehicles will also have an Attacks (A) stat and receive the usual bonuses to their Attacks for Charging, having an extra close combat weapon and suchlike.

Vehicles that do *not* has a Weapon Skill in their statline *cannot* move in the Assault phase and cannot, therefore, launch an Assault. They *can* however be assaulted by enemy units who get to hit them more-or-less with impunity (the vehicle can't fight back in the Assault phase).

What vehicles *can*, however, do is Tank Shock. A vehicle must be a Tank to Tank Shock or have a special rule that allows it to count as a tank for the purposes of Tank Shock. Tank Shock occurs in the vehicle's movement phase and the rules for Tank Shock are clearly spelled out in the WH40k rulebook.

Warhammer 40k.. attacking vehicle help?

I'm still really confused... Could somebody go through these scenarios please?

1. a dark eldar squad (2 with splinter cannons, rest with rifles) [splinter cannon - S=4; assault 4] shoots at a space marine landspeeder from any direction (all sides =10) could somebody go through the dice rolls? assume that multiple shots hit
- also, could you go through the same scenario except assaulting [dark eldar base strength=3]? assuming there is more than one hit.

2. if a gun has more than one shot, (lets say a space marine heavy bolter [S=5 AP=4] shoots 3 times at a vehicle, just for ease, a landspeeder, how would the dice rolls go? assume all of them hit

general: i really do not understand vehicle stuff, it seems too easy to kill a vehicle and I think I am doing it wrong. this is how i am doing it.
scenario- (same as above) I roll 8 dice because they each get 4 shots (2 dark eldar with splinter cannon). lets assume the dice roll out to 1,1,1,1,6,6,6,6 so 4 hits. then I would roll 4 dice and add the unit's gun's strength to each roll and take the highest one? I have a feeling like this is all wrong. I do not know what to do after you get the hits.

thank you any help is appreciated
