What Sweets Should I Take On The Plane With Me

What are the best sweets to suck on a plane to stop your ears hurting?

The harder the better as it is the swallowing that relieves the "pain", so a mint is better than gum. Simply swallowing will pretty much do the same job, so nothing is really needed. If you have a cold or feel congested you should take meds to relieve these symptoms prior to boarding.

Am I allowed to bring M&M's on the plane?

Yes, you can bring food (no liquid) with you through security and you can bring anything you buy in the terminal (after you've gone through security) with you on the plane.

Any information will be useful. Thank you.

Am I allowed to bring M&M's on the plane With me?

yes

cute question

Can you sneak food into a plane?

I’m not sure quite how to answer your question. To the best of my knowledge, there is nothing to stop you carrying food onto a plane to eat during the journey. When flying on low cost carriers, where meals are not included, I regularly bring sandwiches with me from home. To date, nobody has challenged me. The airline staff have even smiled as I pass them the plastic wrap and empty crisp packet as rubbish. If you mean sneak food onto a plane that is prohibited for some reason (e.g. carrying meat products, especially from somewhere that has foot and mouth) your problems are more likely to come about when you try to sneak it off the plane, since you will be breaking customs regulations.

Yes you can carry sweets or snacks in your hand baggage in domestic flights. Make sure the pack is properly packed and sealed. In case of liquid items like kheer/phirni/payasam it will not be allowed in hand luggage and hence you can pack unopened tins/jars in your check-in luggage. Please refrain from carrying any sweet packets which have been opened if they have any sort of liquid (For eg. gulab jamun or rasagulla or any other sweet with sugar syrup) as the packets may open and spoil the entire contents of your bag.

Can we take our own meal onto an airplane?

Yes, absolutely. As long as you can get it through security! This means no liquids over 100 ml (3.4oz), which includes soups, sauces, yoghurt, etc. I've spent the best part of 20 years in the air, and I brought my own food for most of my flights. It can be difficult getting cutlery through security at some airports, as the rules vary slightly from country to country. Plastic is better than metal, and it is cheaper in case they decide to confiscate it. If you're flying a full service airline, just ask a member of the cabin crew for a set of cutlery if you need it.  Some low cost carriers tend to ban bringing your own food as they rely on you buying their food in order to turn a profit. The problem comes when trying to take food off the aircraft. Many countries have strict rules regarding importation of food, fruits and seeds, etc. This is especially true on intercontinental flights, as well as all flights to/from Australia and New Zealand. You can still bring your own food onboard, but either eat it or leave it behind when you disembark. Bringing your own alcohol to consume onboard is strictly prohibited. You  can only consume alcohol served by the crew during the flight.
