You can do this by going though a oragnaion for cancer that already has it or by making a oragnation and getting it appoved but that would be next to impossable for a 15 year old with out adult help and support plus it would take a long time. To have a really good fundraiser like you want will take a year. So Send your letters, Make your friends, Make a plan, Set a Date, Advertise EVERYWHERE for at least 3 months, and put a lot of time, and heart into it. Unless you think Carlsen is another Einstein then there is really no issue. Yes, he might have been another PhD post-doctoral student, at his age beholden to his lead professor for work and research funds. However, that’s run of the mill stuff. One more post-doc more or less does not make much of a difference to world affairs. Other than satisfying people who think all brains are needed aboard to be engaged in ‘serious’ activity. As I said, unless you think that Carlsen could have made a significant contribution to world science or medicine - could have found the unifying field theory or a major step in the cure for cancer, let Carlsen do what he is obviously talented at - being the best chess player in the world, at this period of time.The bigger issue is how many Carlsens never pursued chess or science or the humanities and are now just cogs in a big corporate wheel, that does not allow for self-expression; a full application of their intelligence; or a very satisfactory life style for them. All that intelligence concentrating on selling toothpaste.I’m more worried about the cure for cancer never being found because the next great medical researcher died of malnutrition in a conflict or in an undeveloped world country.In an alternative universe Carlsen the corporate marketer is watching people playing chess in the park and thinking ‘That looks like an interesting game.’ It’s not always true that someone finds out what they are best at. There are many fine concert pianists out there except for the fact they’ve never tried playing the piano.
