How do I make the symbols of p with a ^ on top of it and q with a ^ on top of it on a windows computer?

You use what are called "alt-codes" by holding down the Alt-key while entering a number using the number pad. Many alt-codes enter special symbols, and some (like 770) enter symbols above the previous character.

Try this using Microsoft word.
Type "P" and then hold the Alt-key while typing 770 on the numeric key pad.

P̂ P̂

Type "q" and then hold the Alt-key while typing 770 on the numeric key pad.
q̂ q̂

This works with Word 2003 and later, I believe.

What is the KANGOL symbol?

I have a hat with the KANGOL logo on the front. Above the lettering is their trademark symbol. It looks to be a kangaroo, but it has something in its hands. My wife said it looks like an extremely well-endowed kangaroo getting himself off. Ever since she said that, I kind of see it that way now too. I would really like some clarification behind this. Maybe it's holding a flute or bat or something. Please respond if you know the answer. Thanks.

What do the symbols mean on the Haiti Coat of Arms?

The coat of arms of Haiti was first introduced in 1807, and has appeared in its current form since 1986.

It shows draped flags, which are located before a palm tree and cannons on a green lawn. On the lawn various items are found, such as a drum, a bugle, long guns, and ship anchors. Above the palm tree, there is a Phrygian cap placed as a symbol of freedom. On the lawn between the drum and the ribbon there were supposed to be two pieces of chain with a broken link symbolysing the broken chain of slavery.

The ribbon bears the national motto of Haiti: L'Union Fait La Force (French, "Union Makes Strength").

What does this symbol ^ mean in mathematics?

Nothing. It is not a mathematical symbol. However, it is a notation commonly used in programming languages, calculators, and typography to indicate exponentiation. E.g., using Quora’s math markup, if I write “2^3” and put it in math mode, it comes out as [math]2^3[/math], which is the way exponentiation is typically shown “in mathematics.”There is a diacritical mark called circumflex which is used by mathematicians. It is not a mathematical symbol in and of itself, but it is used to make an inflection on some other symbol. E.g., you might see [math]\hat{a}[/math], which I would read as “[math]a[/math] hat”. It looks like the ‘^’ character, but always appears directly above the symbol it is inflecting. There is no standard interpretation of the resulting inflection. It is used in many different contexts.

What does the eagle represent in the Nazi German symbol?

The Reichsadler (or “Imperial Eagle") was a German symbol, just like the bald eagle is an American symbol, but it wasn't a Nazi symbol at all…The Imperial Eagle was an ornamental standard that was carried and displayed by the Roman legions going as far back as the Roman Republic, even before it became the Roman Empire. After the fall of the Roman Empire (the western half of it anyway), the Germanic/Frankish warlords who established and perpetuated the “Holy Roman Empire” (the Carolingian Dynasty, the Merovingian Dynasty, Charles “The Hammer" Martel, Clovis, Charlemagne, etc.) Continued to use the symbol.Frederick the Great used the symbol to represent the Kingdom of Prussia, as did all of his successors. When Kaiser Otto Von Bismarck founded the German Empire (the “Second Reich”) and became both the Emperor of Germany and the King of Prussia, he used the eagle symbol universally. The German Empire continued to use the symbol until the end of World War I, when the German Empire fell, and the resignation of Wilhelm, II.The German “Weimar Republic” continued to use the eagle standard until the rise of the National Socialist German Worker's Party (“Nazi” for short) and the death of German President Paul Von Hindenburg.Upon taking power, Hitler and the Nazis continued to use the Eagle standard to represent the Third Reich, thereby tying themselves historically to a tradition that went back thousands of years.Even today, the Eagle standard is featured prominently in the coats of arms of many prominent and influential German families. The eagle is still the official national animal of Germany to this day, and still appears in the center of the German National Coat of Arms. So, yes, the Nazis used the eagle symbol. But, no, it wasn't a “Nazi symbol". It was just a symbol that was coopted and (some would definitely say) corrupted by the Nazis. Also, the swastika wasn't a “Nazi symbol” either. It’s an ancient Hindu symbol representing well-being and life's forward progress. The Nazi's simply adopted the symbol, stylized it and kinda ruined it for everyone (except that people in the Hindu faith still use the original version today to represent what it always represented to them). The Nazi's also ruined other symbols, like the “iron cross", the toothbrush mustache and the name Adolf.
