They also sell materials like lenses and frames.Many Walmart doctors of optometry are employees of Walmart and many lease their spaces. I believe there is no single policy prohibiting insurance applications from doctors. In the last several years, more Walmart Vision Center doctors are “accepting” Medicare plans in some form or another. For purposes of this answer, I will assume the request is in the United States and use the following definitions:Post Office Box: A mail receptacle located in a facility of the United States Postal Service.Mailbox: A mail receptacle that is not located in a facility of the United States Postal Service.All of the keys of the United States Postal Service are restricted and may not be duplicated. The “blank” used for Post Office Boxes is unique and not available to anyone other than the U.S. Postal Service. Making copies of any U.S.P.S. key is a violation of federal law with very severe penalties.A Mailbox, whether individual or mounted in a multiple system in private ownership, may have any number of different locking systems employed. The type commonly used in multifamily dwellings are generally equipped with a very tight tolerance pin tumbler lock. Keys for these are easily duplicated by a locksmith, or at a local hardware store that uses a quality manual duplicating machine. Copies made on automatic cartridge machines are usually not accurate enough to work smoothly in these locks and may jam or damage the lock. (Popular at big box stores).A recent addition to the scene is the advent of “pedestal mailboxes” that are often located at the entrance to a “gated” neighborhood, or for convenience at a central location in a cluster type development. If they belong to the condominium or homeowners association, the keys are readily duplicated.
