What Time Would Be Best To Depart To Noblesville Indiana

Does the USPS have any standard regarding the time of day that residential mail is delivered?

Don't blame your mail carrier.  Lately you say?  I'll bet you have no concept of how many parcels carriers are expected to deliver these days.  And now, unlike in the past, practically every single package has a barcode on it that has to be scanned.  This can become very time consuming.  From now through Christmas, you can expect a lot of days when your carrier will be behind his/her usual schedule.  Mail volumes vary dramatically from day to day.  Over the past few years, the Postal Service has also reduced the time standards by which carrier pay is calculated , the net effect of which is that carriers are expected to carry more mail than they used to in the same amount of time, mail routes have also been made longer, and this effectively keeps salaries down.  The reasoning is that the greater use of automation makes this possible and desirable, but carriers are human beings, not machines (at least, not yet).  Be certain of this:  your mail carrier likes it a lot less than you do.More to your point.  Does the USPS have  time standards.  Absolutely.  The problem is, it has become much more difficult to measure up to them than it was years ago.

How old do you have to be to work in indiana?

14, but there are lots of restrictions for that age. People under 14 are legally allowed to do some jobs including a paper route, golf caddie, corn detassler/farmwork or in a business owned by your family. Search child labor laws for indiana.

White 727 at Indianapolis airport?

Does it have an "N" number? If so, you could take a look at:

www.landings.com/_landings/pages/searc...

and see who owns it. This may or may not help you, though, as who "owns" an aircraft is many times not the same company that "operates" the aircraft.

A 727 is old, at this point - it may very well have been turned into a training hulk for a fire department or security/TSA/FAM's or something like that.

What's a reasonable hourly labor rate for an auto mechanic, and what factors contribute to that rate?

I’ve paid various pricesm guessing from $50 to $85.example 0: City of San Francisco - 2003 replace doo-dad in transmission, they looked up the “hours to replace doo-dad” in a reate-book or sort, the book said 12 so they charged me 12 hours. It could have taken em 5h or 15h, but they charged me 12 hours. Labor rate was $85/hour.example 1: San Jose 2014, 30k miles ago - Replace head gasket on an inline-6 engine. The shop is certainly all about car repair - the office is a small room filled with parts and whatnot. Headgasket + head rebuild (machined and cleaned) + new oil + new coolant + parts + labor was $1500 total before tax. Dealer would be $3–$4k (I did not even check, quoting those numbers from an online forum). So for the work, guessing even $500 for parts, then $1000 labor for machining, head rebuild, and replacement, I am certain it was more than 10 hours, so less than $100/hour in labor. Guessing 15 hours, thats around $70/hour.As others have said, it really depends. KEy is find a shop that values you, and they’ll take care of you as a customer.
