What do you buy when you go grocery shopping?
Spend some time in the Fruits and Vegetables, then slowly start walking through the aisles. I don't' know why supermarkets place the fruits and vegetables in the middle of the meats & cakes and the frozen junk so be careful with those areas. Add some cereal to your cart and move all the way to where the milk and yogurts are. right after that you will find the beers so keep an eye on your BF :)

What is good core food to buy when grocery shopping?
Buy what you need to provide well-balanced meals for the period of time until you shop again. This should include protein, either meat or non-meat if you are vegetarian, fruits and vegetables, and grains like wheat or rice. Look at the USDA nutrition guidelines for recommended daily quantities for different food groups to get an idea of how much you need. Don’t buy more fresh meats, fruits and vegetables than you can prepare and consume before they spoil; stock frozen or canned instead. Items like flour, sugar, rice (staples) can be bought in bulk and stored to have on hand. If you’re on a budget check sales to get the best prices and buy extra for later.
How can you make grocery shopping fun? I hate it.?
1. Do an alphabetical list...... 2. remember the grocery store layout...and make a list per isle in order,. I can have a 75 product list but when I list them in isle orer, it only takes me about 10-15 minutes, I am in and out! Make it a game, see how long it takes you to get in and out each time!
What are the most famous grocery shopping hacks?
These are some of the famous grocery shopping hacks I have followed and practiced when I was in Dubai, UAE.Make friends with the manager or employees in the Supermarket or Store. And ask them to inform you in advance when there is a special price sale or deal. Before I go shopping, I make sure I go through my entire inventory to know what is present in the house.I never go shopping without a shopping listI always ensure when I go shopping - I take my smart phone with not only a reference to know the prices in other places - I also check price differences in my calculatorAlways take picture of regular items with their price tags so that you know which day of the week - what is their priceEnsure you NEVER go shopping when you are hungry. I make sure I have eaten and feel full before I go shoppingIf there is a ‘special offer’ or a bundle deal - I check the exact price per unit of what is being offered. And if I find out that is not less than 30% - no point in buying extraI never purchase immediately what is featured or put on eye level. Rather I check around to see what is not featured.Normally the not-so-popular brands sometimes give you a better bang for the buck than the ones which are constantly featured or famous. When in doubt or not sure - do not purchase. There has never been a moment where because I didn’t buy something - it marked the end of my existence. If you pay in card - the benefit is - you will pay the exact amount and you will have records of the payment. The drawback however is that you can end up spending more than you shouldWhen paying in cash - the benefit is you will pay only how much cash you have. The drawback however is - you should be 100% sure you are getting the correct change back.Always try new supermarkets and outlets. You never know what special offers you find in other outlets. But remember to check the prices (from the pictures + prices you took before).Loy Machedo
