I am compelled to write this after coming across a video recently.The video title reads “Avoid these guys in India.”An indeed intriguing title, with more than 2 million views. And a foreigner narrating it. I couldn't help but check it out.The video starts with an introduction about how to avoid getting scammed in the following way:Our narrator lands in Delhi Airport. He sets out to avail cab to his hotel in Pahadganj.He founds a cabbie pestering around him as soon as he gets out of the security gates.The man asks Rs.1200 per person. Narrator is traveling alone in this case.The man persuades a lot, makes small talk in fluent English to break the ice, telling normal rate is Rs.1800 around here, and he is making a good deal to the narrator. After he realizes he cannot scam easily here, he tells he will give better offer for Rs.1000.Narrator stays firm that he will check the fares first at a nearby Pre-paid taxi stand.Then this man recommends him to another accomplice of his, saying Rs.600 is the final offer, the best deal. Meanwhile, the other cabbie observes narrator from top to bottom, and in a calm tone, abuses in his native tongue, “This guy is a beggar anyways. Sister’s c**k!”Continuing in the same tone, he effortlessly picks up English in the next moment, and starts praising narrator for either his choice of shoes/trousers.The narrator doesn't give in and goes to the Pre-paid Taxi stand.Here he learns the fare to Pahadganj is only Rs.400.Coming back to another few of his previous experiences, he tells us about one time, even after hailing an exclusive pre-paid taxi, the driver took some more passengers on the way, just to have a buck on the side. Call me if (you need) anything (happens). Call me if you need anything. Call me if anything happens. He didn't actually complete the sentence, you should dump him for his treachery.
If anything were possible, what would you do?
Please don't interpret quantum mechanics as saying that anything is possible. It has very precise rules that say what can and cannot happen; they're just not quite the rules you're used to because they don't make sense in the classical sense.Furthermore - hand-waving and applying 'lessons' from physics to the social world is weird road to get down, full of crackpots who will try to sell you their mystical quantum energy healing solutions.
What exaclty is "if anything" mean?
It sounds like the sentence is incomplete. It seems like it should say "text me if anything happens" or "I'll talk to you later if anything changes." I don't think there's any specific meaning when someone puts "if anything" at the end of a sentence like this. "If anything" is a common expression, but it doesn't seem to apply in your examples. In it's usual usage, it means "on the contrary" or "furthermore." Hope that helps.
Why do people use ‘if anything’ at the end of their sentences?
Many writers have a list of examples then sense it's time to end the list and stop giving the reader too much detail, thus leaving a bit for the readers to mull over. So IF ANYTHING implies that we can give examples and then conclude with a well-known phrase. It's like a poet questioning the financial advantages of writing poems. I gained little, if anything... By that I mean, consider the total income minus the costs of pen and paper, then a computer and a printer, then the Internet costs and then the total hours involved. How could any long term poet profit from poetry?

My balls keep receding into my groin area whenever I get sexually excited my scrotum seems to contract and just keeps contracting the further I go(so to speak).... What do I do when anything I do fails and I can’t do anything right?
You tried and you failed. Again, you tried and failed. Do you see, what are you doing here? You are trying and that’s the biggest plus point of yours. Do you know when people accept their failure and stop trying, that’s the time they really become failure, that’s the time they stop growing because they stop learning from their failure. We want to be successful as soon as possible but we are not ready to sacrifice, we are not ready to learn from failure and when we failed we start searching for silly excuses. Success demands persistence, hard work and strong determination.I can say failure leads you to success step by step. It makes you strong by shaking you emotionally. You do hard work and you failed, I know it hits really hard, it is deteriorating. But what can you do now? You can do one thing, just learn from it, learn where you have done mistakes, how can you improve it, how to not repeat these mistakes again in future. If you want to learn, you have many things to learn from failure. You know, if you do it you are going to enjoy this process.
