What happens in The Game of Life when...?
I was playing the Game of LIFE tonight with my family and kept landing on the Baby spaces... eventually ending up with 5 kids... and no room for that fifth little peg. Which got me thinking. When you're playing the game... are you supposed to ignore the tile if you land on a baby space when you already have four? Or do you just try to manage as best you can?
How old do you have to be to buy a dog without your parents permission?
Technically, you could buy a dog when you turn eighteen unless the breeder/shelter requires you to be older. Some require 21, some have other requirements a newly-turned-eighteen-year-old wouldn't be able to meet. No MATTER your age, it's still mom/dad rules for THEIR home. Period. End of story. No one reputable (shelter or breeder) would hand over a dog to you if you still live at home and don't have their permission. In reality you shouldn't buy "your own dog" until you have your own place, a steady job, money saved up, and know your schedule (as well as you responsibilities) well enough to say "i can handle a dog on top of everything else." I would seriously consider waiting until AFTER college. Or at least until after your first year - many colleges don't have pet-friendly dorms AND don't allow freshmen to live alone off campus (IE in their own apartment.) It will ALSO be difficult for a first-time-on-their-own-freshman to find a pet friendly AFFORDABLE apartment where they need to be (close to college.) Not to mention it being your first time with TOTAL responsibility of yourself (laundry, dishes, cleaning, organization, etc) as well as classes (which aren't as flexible as you would like to think)...... Be patient. Worry about finishing high school and getting into a college to start educating yourself in your chosen career. Get a job, save up money in the meantime. Research apartments in your chosen final (or semi-final) living area (town.) Worry about a dog LATER.

I can't remember what the restriction is called, but i know that you can file for it and a specific person or people can't come with in 50-100 yards of you.
